It's not a full blown cycle but bleeding is occurring. I am on the pill and yet this is still happening even half way through the cycle. any suggestions?

I hit my head so hard on the edge of a cabinet and I literally started shaking and twitching. Once I realized what was going on again I was already on the floor balled up holding my head. At first I couldn't even open my eye on the side I hit. I thought I may have blacked out for a moment but I am not sure. There is a knot on my head and I can feel the dent where it hit. It really felt as if I was in a seizure type of thing and I was scared when I couldn't move that side of my face. Now I feel ok, just a little sore still. Should I be worried?

last night he was completely fine. tonight he is lethargic, limping when walking (which is rare), he had his eyes shut but i wiped them clean. when i hold him and warm him he tries to move more but if i set him down he does not want to move at all. i know to call a vet but the vet is closed until the morning. any advice i can get tonight will be muh appreciated. oh, no wet tail stuff going on that i have been aware of yet. i have worked at the pet store and never anything like this before please help

I have called and left a description of the dog along with my contact information to all that would accept it which include the local APL, pound, dog warden, police dept. I have also placed it in the local new paper and check them daily to see if anyone is seeking her. I go to local stores to see if there are any postings and I constantly walk her around to see if anyone comes up to claim her. I have told everyone in the neighborhood that I have her if they hear anything to let me know. I am concerned about her possibly being pregnant but really do not know if she is or not but I do not want any puppies (that is not why I am taking care of her). She was wandering the neighborhood for a long time so I took her in to care for her. She did run away but returned the next night. I do not want to take anyones pet away from them But I will gladly care for her myself if no one claims her. I do not want to do the vet yet and then some one does come and get her. All of a sudden one of the kitties have decided to start clawing at everything. The furniture, carpet, walls, and our hands are no longer safe.
