  • what action should I take on a wrongful levy?

I have just been informed by my bank that I've had a levy placed on my account by the Department of Child Support Services. I have been paying on-time (have payment history proof) for years with no non-compliance of the court order. My bank also imposed a $100 fee for the levy. They can not do this right? This is creating a financial hardship for my family.

  • How dominant was Kobe in these finals?

    Thanks Chris Manning! Great info!

Just how dominant was Kobe Bryant during these NBA Finals?

    * Kobe Bryant averaged 32.4 points and 7.4 assists per game against Orlando during the Finals.

    * These are numbers NOT even Jordan put up.

    * The only player to match or surpass Bryant’s averages in each of those categories in an NBA Finals series was Jerry West, who averaged 37.9 points and 7.4 assists per game for the Lakers in their 1969 Finals loss to the Celtics.”

  • What if God did give proof of his existence?

Even then Atheists an non-believers alike would not have to want to follow. That is the beauty of it.

Even the devil believes in Jesus.

  • Those Atheists that would acknowledge Ghosts or the Supernatural?

I heard a few of you state that you might be open to existence of ghosts or even the supernatural as this has nothing to do with belief in a God. I don't know but to me it's not rocket science and they all pretty much go hand in hand.

How could you explain this scientifically without any involvement with a higher existence (God)? This should be interesting as I am expecting a bunch of one-lined responses that make no sense.

  • Darwin or Intelligent Design?

Evolution may have made some sense in Darwin's days. But in the 21st century, evolution appears to be little more than the figment of a brilliant imagination. Although this imaginative concept has, in the years since Darwin, amassed a fanatical cult-like following, science, it is not. Science still needs to be proven; you can't just vote ideas into "fact." And especially not when they contradict facts.

Charles Darwin had concern about his theory of natural selection. He knew that a failure to find the missing transitional links would seriously cripple his theory of evolution, but he was hopeful the missing links would be found some day. Well, guess what. He died not finding them. Evolutionists have never found the missing links. Each time they announce finding one it is later proven to be false. The Coelacanth fish was touted to be a transitional form with half-formed legs and primitive lungs, ready to transition onto land. This myth was exploded in December, 1938 when a live Coelacanth was caught in a fisherman's net off the eastern coast of South Africa. It is now known that the natives of the Comoro Islands had been catching and eating the fish for years. It did not have half-formed legs or primitive lungs. It was simply a regular fish that people thought was extinct. Click the picture to see an enlargement. Evolutionist claimed the 350 million year-old Coelacanth evolved into animals with legs, feet and lungs. That was a lie. We now see that the fish recently caught is exactly like the 350 million year-old fossil. It did not evolve at all. The Coelacanth is a star witness against the false theory of evolution. After 350 million years the fish still doesn't have a leg to stand on. Literally.

  • Should Catholic Priests be allowed to get married?

Until 1139, Priests in the Western church were permitted to marry.

I personally thing that they should as they used to and it would probably help the Church in the end.

  • Kobe or Lebron's post season performance?

    Consider the following:

    * LeBron, a power forward whose primary advantage over Kobe is suppoedly unstoppable ability to get to the rim, shot 48.7% from the field, nearly identical to Kobe's 48.1% from the field.

    * LeBron's True Shooting Percentage was a very solid 59.1% for the series, but Kobe's was an incredible 62.7%.

    * LeBron took more three-pointers than Kobe did, but while Kobe made his at a respectable rate of 34.4%, LeBron shot a miserable 29.7% from distance.

    * LeBron took more free throws than Kobe did, but he hit only 74.5% of them, whereas Kobe hit 93.1% of his. (Important: In the fourth quarter of Game 3, LeBron missed 5 free throws that may have cost him the game. More on this later.)

    * LeBron turned the ball over 4.17 times per game; Kobe only turned the ball over 2.17 times per game. (Important: In the fourth quarter and overtime of Game 4, LeBron committed 7 turnovers that may have cost him the game. More on this later.)

    * LeBron scored 4.5 points more than Kobe during the Conference Finals, but he needed 4 extra shots per game to do so
