  • Goldfinger question?

In the scene where Goldfinger shows the thugs the Fort Knox model and talks about his plan, one of the thugs says he wants his money now and Goldfinger has him crushed in the car. But why were the other thugs gassed? What's the point?

  • Mixing Minoxidil and Topical Saw Palmetto Serum?

Topical Saw Palmetto Serum does a pretty good job at blocking DHT and enabling hair growth on the top of my head on the bald spot over a period of about a year. I heard that topical 5% Minoxidil foam can also enable hair growth but may also promote the hair to fall out for a temporary time before regrowth happens. Can these two products be combined safely for hair regrowth? I wouldn't want to sabotage results by using Minoxidil if it tends to make new hairs fall out as part of this process.

  • Printer Error B200?

Even after cleaning the print head for a Canon printer with the B200 error, the printer still generates the error. What makes this error so devastating? It's like a plot by the printer companies to keep selling printers.

  • Repeating time when Daylight Savings Time ends?

Since we set time back one hour at 2AM when Daylight Savings Time ends, we repeat the time between 1 and 2 am again. If some event occurs between these times, how do we specify if it happened at the first occurrence or the second occurrence of this time period? This seems to be a subject that would have an effect in many areas of society, law enforcement, financial, scientific, etc.

  • Max tire pressure vs. safe pressure for car?

Are there any vehicles where the max tire pressure indicated on the tires are actually safe for the vehicle? It seems the max pressure stated on the tire might be 50 psi or more but the vehicle calls for a cold pressure of 30 or 35 psi. If you were to put 50 psi in the tires, you'd probably run off the freeway due to lack of traction.

  • Matching gift amounts for charities?

How can you verify the facts if a charity claims if you give a certain amount like $50 to their charity, that a matching amount is donated like they claim? Sounds like a way to induce more people just to give more if they think their gift is matched. I know that websites that are charity watchdogs may not go into that kind of detail if you look up the legitimacy of certain charities.

  • Where do national TV networks get the idea for specific feature stories involving ordinary people?

I'm talking about the interviews regarding individual families and medical related stories, for example. Where do they find some family in the middle of America that are not getting proper medical treatment, or any other event involving ordinary people? They don't seem to state on TV networks how they find these people.

  • Credit agencies scanning the dark web?

When agencies like Experian scan the dark web for your information isn't the act of searching for information putting that information out there anyway on the dark web?

As a secondary issue, many articles talk about the dark web scanning service doesn't do anything to remove stolen info anyway. The client can be told about it but outside of personally monitoring your finances, credit cards, etc. and getting a yearly credit report, not much else can be done.

  • Bar Rescue reconnaissance cameras?

When Bar Rescue first puts reconnaissance cameras into a bar and obviously the bar management knows about it, do you think the show tells the bar to continue with bad behavior just for drama, or that the bar management is just too stupid not to stop that behavior before Jon Taffer comes in for his ranting session with them?

  • Question on garage door springs breaking?

Would insulating the aluminum garage door to reduce heat in the garage, help in making the garage door springs lasting longer? The last two springs lasted 12 years and one broke recently - even though I spray lubricant on them every so often.

  • DVD +R Question?

When you write on a DVD +R and this DVD can only be written once, does that mean that only the tracks that have been written cannot be re-written -or- does it mean that after you finalize the writing process, you cannot write over even the parts that were originally blank?

  • Best way to secure digital information?

In the case of having sensitive information on a PC hard drive and doing backups periodically, if the situation arises where the PC has a failure and needs service and you can't erase sensitive data on the hard drive, how can you bring the PC in for service and have the data be secure? It seems the only way around this is to always use some external backup storage and never store sensitive data on the hard drive. Any thoughts on this?

  • How to help someone with memory difficulties?

I know a woman who's 68 (I'm 64) who has short term memory problems due to a number of car accidents she's been in. She's always checking where she put things, she and I are always arguing about events that I know happened in the last half hour that she denies, etc. She doesn't want to face the situation by seeing a neurologist and seems to be in denial. How can I help someone like this because this can only go downhill.

  • 5.6 Billion for the border wall?

How did Trump come up with asking 5.6 billion dollars for the border wall? Did someone actually do some kind of analysis of labor, time, construction materials and length of the wall? There may not really be an answer to this.

  • What's with the TSA not making those trays available for personal items?

Flying from Orlando to Denver and back recently and going through the TSA line, normally in the past the TSA would allow people to put additional items like cell phones, keys, etc. in those plastic trays and put through the X-ray machine. On my recent trip, they kept insisting to put everything in your carry on instead. In my case, I just had a laptop bag that contained my laptop, AC cords, etc. and had practically no room to hold my smart phone, keys, wallet, belt, etc. without all that stuff practically falling out of the bag as it was put on the rollers. Why don't they use those trays when needed? I mentioned this to the Orlando and Denver TSA as if anyone cared. I realize the TSA has a tough job, but this idiotic nonsense really pissed me off.
