I just woke up from a really weird dream sequence.

[A skiff is a small boat, for reference.]

My first dream involved myself and a skiff going down a river on a beautiful fall day (one much like today was). I seemed to be enjoying myself and fell asleep in my own dream. I was then dreaming in my dream and that involved myself and skiff, again, but the river was flowing upward toward a very detailed space. The universal look of a galaxy, stars, comets ... I then started to evaporate the higher I went and my skiff slowly morphed into what looked like a small planet. I woke up in my dream, still upon my skiff, floating down the same river. I then really woke up ... and have now asked what the hell does this dream mean?

After hearing players tweet things such as "Why restrict tackling when you want to extend the season to 18 games?"

Immediately this made me think, the owners of the NFL are preparing for a new 18-regular game schedule and are trying to implement new rules that will accommodate the new schedule.

Do you think that the sudden actions the league is taking are related to the whole 18-game season plan? I know it isn't set in stone yet, but it sure seems like it soon will be.

I'm making a sign for my pottery class ... it has to incorporate textures from nature into it.

I'm having trouble thinking of some good textures to use ... I got leaves, small rocks, and I was thinking about tree bark but I think that'd be hard to imprint into clay.

Any ideas for what else I could use from nature to press into clay? Thoughts appreciated, thanks!

I've been going to sleep with my TV on for years, I need ambient noise to go sleep, and I have never been a morning person. I feel sick everytime I wake up ... throat is dry and almost like a soar throat, eyes hurt, and extremely tired.

Two days ago I started going to bed with just music on at a low volume and it knocks me out. I don't nearly feel as crappy as I did with my TV on, and I can get myself out of bed a lot quicker and with more ease.

Is this just some weird coincidence?

I don't ask this in a sarcastic way. I'm wondering what makes NASCAR qualified as a sport? I don't know much about it, all I know is they are modified cars that race on a track.

I've noticed it has gotten a lot popular over the past decade in terms of media, it's always on ESPN2 now.

Why do so many people hate this guy? I know when he plays the Celtics and has a good game it pisses me off, but every time he talks to the media I get a kick out of it. He's really funny, seems like a cool guy.

I sometimes find myself just drifting off and I start thinking about me, and that I'm existing and keep telling myself that over and over... it's hard to explain. I guess I can relate it to when you say a word so many times it just sounds weird, and you're in that state of befuddlement. It's that befuddlement feeling but to a much more extreme degree.

Anyways, does anyone remotely understand what I'm trying to explain and know if it's "normal"?
