Has anyone seen this new Favre video?

That's why you always, always wear a protective-groin cup -- even in practice, basic training or when visiting your in-laws. Always. Accidents happen, as you see, and I learned never to "leave the locker room without it."

There were times, when I was younger and stupider then and didn't always wear one, that even misjudging a bounding, incoming football on punt-returning drills had such "unpleasant consequences."

In any event, the cup will take a good amount of the "sting" off any such impact, perhaps not all of it.
