I need recommendations for a racket. (or string tension, heavy or light headed, stiff or flexible)

I am 2 meters tall. I mainly play mixed doubles once a week and very very rarely men's singles (once in a blue moon).

When playing mixed doubles I am at the back of the court and play smashes and clears most of the time and drop shot if it is forced upon me or as a random change of pace ect. I am looking for a racket that will allow me to generate a lot of power for smashing/clears but is flexible enough to play at the net if it is needed. My playing style is mainly attacking based, defending as little as possible. I preferably want a light racket but I am unsure about string tension, heavy or light headed, stiff or flexible as this is the first time I have bought a racket that I will be using a lot. Any recommendations would be awesome, even if it is just recommendations for string tension, heavy or light headed, stiff or flexible. I need advice on my career and life plans ect.

I am going to college and then Uni to get a degree in accounting so I can become an accountant. I am then moving to Burbank, California to try and better my life. I have friends in Burbank that are able to get me a job as an accountant so getting a job is not an issue and they said I can live with them for as long as I need until I get on my feet so accommodation is not a problem either.

Now is the bad bit. My gran has stage 4 terminal cancer. She has been given 5 years and it going down hill slowly but surely. My mum also has an 85% chance of getting the same cancer my gran has. My mum said I should just be selfish and chase the dream and if I dont go withing 5 years I wont go. What would you do? Would you stay for your Gran that wont get better or would you taje the advice and go to Cali?

After I do any sport or am on my PC for some time I get a pain in the middle of my neck (between my ear and shoulder, possibly my sternocleidomastoid and/or my trapezius). It feels like it is being pulled towards the ground and I have little strength in it. I am able to lift my arm but when I do there is a lot of pain. I stopped sport for 6 months but it hasn't helped. Any ideas on what is wrong? The name of the problem would be awesome. I am supposed to start semi-pro Volleyball in August so any help would be much appreciated.
