  • How can I correct nerve damage?

I have been to the doctor for this two times, and to the chiropractor three times with some relief, but not completely.

Three weeks ago I woke up early with severe pain in my left shoulder blade and left arm. During the day the arm pain would come and go, especially bad in the elbow and while sitting. Then along with the pain, my finger tips went numb and I had tingling across my back, just below the shoulder blades.

Now I don't have the pain, but the tingling across the back remains and so does the numbness in my left index finger tip and thumb tip. I am also experiencing numbness in the toes of both feet. The doctor did an EKG and that was fine. He gave me pain killers and muscle relaxers, which I took for about one week. Does this sound like nerve damage? Can it be corrected? If it will heal itself, how long does it take?

  • Did you see Sergio Garcia spit into the cup after removing his ball?

What kind of a player would do something like that, knowing that other golfers playing behind him would have to reach into the same cup to retrieve their ball?

  • How does this whole gasoline - greenhouse gases thing work?

I am seriously confused! I live in "Schwarzeneggarville" and just watched a story on the news in which they were talking about his Hummers and how much greenhouse gases they give off. They said that he uses 415 gallons of gas per year in one of his Hummers and that this results in 8,125 lbs of greenhouse emissions. I believe a liquid gallon of gasoline weighs about the same as a gallon of water, or 8.14 lbs. 8.14 x 415 = 3,378 lbs of gasoline used per year. How does 3,378 lbs of a liquid that is heavier than air become 8,125 lbs of lighter than air gas? This sounds like "fuzzy math". What else, on earth, can one burn and have it more than double in weight?

  • With the new technologies in cars today, is it still necessary to allow a car to warm up before driving it?

I heard once that allowing a car with a catalytic converter to warm up is a waste of time and gasoline. Is this true?

  • In drag racing, can deploying the chute at just the right moment win a race?

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The chute is deployed by means of a spring that pushes the drone chute away from the car. Since the spring pushes against the car, could this exert enough force to move the car forward just enough to record the win? I saw a race two weeks ago that was so close! When they showed the photo finish, the car that won had just deployed the chute and the other car had not deployed the chute yet. In a game of micro seconds (RT, ET, etc.) does this come into play?

  • Are there any cell phone service providers that do not round up minutes?

My cell bill doubled this month. I have discovered that Sprint rounds up to ther next minute, so if I talk for 61 seconds they charge me for two minutes. They tell me that this is the way "everybody does it". I don't believe them. Who does not round up to the next minute?

  • Who goes first?

Four cars, each traveling in a different direction, stop at each stop sign at exactly the same time. Normally the person who arrives first has the right of way, but in this case they all arrived at the exact same time.

When two cars from crossing directions or three cars arrive at exactly the same time the car on your rignt goes first.

But, when four cars all arrive at exactly the same time everyone has someone on their right, sooooo who goes first????

  • Does anyone out there ever dream about being able to fly?

I have one dream that I don't quite understand. In it I am able to fly or hover/glide. Sometimes I start out on the top of a hill and jump off head first with my arms extended straight out to my sides. I glide through the air to the bottom, where I rotate and land on my feet. The location of the jump and the height involved changes, but it is always the same. People, I don't know who they are, watch me do it and are amazed. I have never crash landed and I cannot remember anything I may dream about either before or after gliding.

    Any dream interpreters out there?

  • What could be worse than missing out on heaven?

I believe in God, that He sent His Son to die on a cross, a sacrifice for my sins, to pay a debt I could never pay and that that is the only way to get to heaven. I believe in Hell too, as the place prepared for the devil and those who willfully choose not to accept God's free gift of salvation through His Son. I go to church, tithe, participate in ministries, in general, live a great life! If I get to the end of my life and discover that I was wrong, what have I lost? On the other hand, if I live for myself and never accept Jesus' sacrifice for my sins and die only to discover that what the bible says is true, I've lost everything! If you are bound and determined to blow through all the stop signs God places before you, He will honor your decision. He will not force you to go to heaven, because He loves you that much, but PLEASE don't try to take others to hell with you. Get real. Stop the acting. Stop parroting what you hear others say. Check it out yourself. Just one more stop sign.
