I'm getting a book for school and the school store is sold out so I'm looking on ebay for the book. I found the book with the same cover, year, publication, and both hardback. But the ISBN numbers are different....can the exact same book have different numbers??

I'm stunned that there are actually people who think Obama has done well as president. He has screwed up everything. Yes, Harry Potter has Witchcraft in it, but I ask you, Do you like the Chronicles of Narnia and Lord of the Rings?? If you answered yes, it is safe to say you are a hypocrite. DONT take that personally, just listen to what I have to say. Let me tell you why..

You probably would say that you like Narnia and Lord of the Rings because they have Christian meaning in them. Little do you know that Harry Potter has as much, if not more Christian allegories in them than Narnia or Lord of the Rings. The books are full of them and I think that those of you who hate Harry Potter because you believe it is Satanic should give it a try.

I'll give you examples..

- When Harry was an infant, his parents were murdered by Lord Voldemort, the most evil wizard ever. He killed Harry's father and then was coming to Harry. Harry's mother stepped in front and would not move. She sacrificed herself for Harry and therefore, Voldemort could not touch Harry. His mother's protection shielded him from Voldemort from then on. This is an allegory for the way Christ died for us. Now Satan cannot claim the followers of Jesus.

- I won't tell you more then this, but the basis for the general meaning of the book is "The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death", this quote is on a gravestone in the last Harry Potter book. It is from 1 Corinthians 15:26. JK Rowling herself said that this quote was the basis for the book. THis quote is what Jesus did for us. We will not die, but have eternal life because Christ "destroyed death".

I hope you took this into consideration and will begin the books because they are excellent books, and great books to help teach the Bible.
