I was injured at work (walmart) 3 months ago when something fell on me. I have been under my employers doctors care since then. I was diagnosed with a spinal injury. I have undergone a series of shots in my neck, and various medications including pain meds, steroids, and muscle relaxers. Today the workmans comp. doctor told me he was releasing me for light duty. I feel I am not ready as I am in chronic pain and I still have swelling in my neck and shooting pains in the back of my left leg. What are my options, and where do I go from here? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

all I know is that the carrier is cricket wireless and the number is in Salt Lake City Utah, my husband is out of state working and is acting real distant, and this number shows up on our bill numerous times every day, and he's talking for a long time, it's obviously not a normal business call.

I live in Louisiana and have reported my sewage backing up to my landlord on several occasions, tonight, he hung up on me and has refused to fix it. My toilet is backing up into my bathtub! Where do I call to report this problem?

I live in a trailer with the kids in south louisiana (our hometown) he's renting a 2 story house for $1500 a month, and buying a new harley. (while I drive a 10 year old van) in Wyoming. I don't even have a bank account, but he does up there. I haven't worked for 15 years, I was a stay at home mom. He makes over $70,000 a year. I need an attorney who will take him on and make him pay. Our children are still very young, ages 13, 9, and 8. Please help.

I preveiously asked a question and recieved many answers, I have one more, What happends to the passenger in the vehicle who was injured-the accident was the other drivers fault, but my son driving had no license and no insurance, however, the passenger was injured. Who is responsible for his medical bills?

My son was hit by an eighteen wheeler yesterday, my truck is totaled and,he was taken to the hospital with injuries, I found out that my insurance was cancelled, and my son had no licence. The other driver has insurance, will his insurance cover my son's injuries and my vehicle even though my son was uninsured with no licence?
