Pretty sure I'm done with apple. Had the iphone for about 15 months, and definitely not going to buy a whole new one.

I've seen Press Headlines on this topic... but has anyone actually been charged with this? Is it a real crime anywhere?

7 AnswersNew York City8 years agoAnyone even been Motel 6 Banned for Bad Review?
I am a frequent Motel 6 customer, I take a lot of business trips. I was surprised to find I had been banned from a Motel 6 in Harrisburg, PA for a bad review I gave them. ( They sent me an unsolicited email for a review and I gave it to them). Anyone ever had this happen to them? They didn't say it was for that reason, but they also refused to give me a reason why I was banned.
1 AnswerOther - Yahoo Products9 years agoCan I sue my attorney for breach of contract?
In March of this year, I signed a contract with a bankruptcy attorney to file chapter 7 bankruptcy. I live in Maryland. I promptly paid the fee in full, and gave all the documents he requested. He has continuously demanded more and more documents. I left the job I was at, found a temporary job while i looked for work closer to the place I moved. After the temp job was almost up, i went back to my old job but had to take a lower pay rate. The attorney has been stalling and stalling even though i gave him all kinds of documents he requested, and I have thereatened him with complaints to the atty grievance commission.
3 AnswersLaw & Ethics9 years agoIs there such a thing as a faithful relationship anymore? ?
Just wondering if this is/was a myth to begin with. Has anyone actually been in a faithful relationship for an actual period of time, perhaps several years? I'm not convinced such a thing exists anymore.

1 AnswerNewborn & Baby9 years agoWhat is it with single moms avoiding single dads? ?
Amazing, it seems like everytime I talk to a single mom, she has no interest in dating single dads, period. The women interested in me all of a sudden disappear when they find out I have kids, but especially the single moms....huh? I dont mind women with kids, but why can't they accept that I too have kids. Anyone else notice this?
4 AnswersParenting9 years agoIs it illegal to get food stamps for a child not under your care?
I just learned that my estranged spouse has been reporting our children as her dependents and under her care to get food stamps for herself.....but the children are in my care, they do not live with her.
I only learned about what she was doing when I asked her for child support and she says she will not give me anything, but is willing to let me use the childrens' food stamp cards in lieu of child support. I patently refused and reported her to the state attorney and to the welfare department. What she's doing is illegal, isn't it?
3 AnswersLaw & Ethics9 years agoWife wants to move back, but date other people?
So, now my wife wants to move back in with me, but date other people. I mentioned in my earlier question that we had gone through bankruptcy. She moved out and has been working for the past six months, and dating some other guy. She lost her job, and it seemed as though she wanted to come back, she told me also that she did not have feelings for that guy.
Well apparently she wants to take college courses and get herself a degree, but wants to continue dating other people after she moves back in. Financially, it would be good for both of us as I would not have to pay for daycare for our three daughters, and she would not have to support herself.
The only thing I am worried about is whether this will do more damage to our daughters emotionally?
5 AnswersMarriage & Divorce9 years agoShould I get back together with my estranged wife?
She moved out to live at her sister's in July after we had an argument. She started dating another guy. After talking recently, she seems ready to come back. BUT I just found out she's apparently known this guy for at least a year (and have no clue who he is or how she came to know him). She says nothing happened until after she moved out, but now I'm not so sure if I want her back....can I trust her?
Some background on my family: My wife and I dated since high school. We have three daughters (3, 5, 6). She has been a stay-at-home. Our marriage became strained because I lost my previous job in 2008, we lost our home to foreclosure and we are going through bankruptcy. I have been working and going to school full-time trying to improve our circumstances and was under a lot of stress. We had an argument in July over something very petty, when I asked her to leave.
