I recently bought a Tomtom ONE XL and I live in the UK, I tried to pair it via Bluetooth with my phones and it doesn't work

I first tried with my Nokia 6230i which is on the O2 network, but it didn't work...it said "Unable to set up your wireless data connection. Do you want to try another phone model or do you want to set up your wireless dataconnection manually?" and it says something about my internet settings on my phone.

Then I tried again with my Sony Ericsson W880i which is also on the O2 network and it said the exact same thing again!

Please help!!
