I don't know what's been going on with my computer lately.

When firefox is open and being used CPU usage is 0-40% depending on the website (like yahoo answers vs youtube), but every 2 minutes it will spike up to 100% and cause a video or game I am playing to lag for 5 seconds and then it goes back to normal.

Basically it spikes to max CPU usage every 2-3 minutes no matter what I'm doing, whether I'm online or on word processor or even if I have nothing but the task manager on the main screen open.

Is it a virus? Or a hardware malfunction? Can anyone help me out?

I have recently used the Crucial System Scanner, and it has found that I am currently running 512 mb of RAM in one holder.

The compatibility box said that I could run up to 2 GB of RAM.

In order to get to the 2 GB of ram, I'd need to replace the 512 mb stick with two 1 GB sticks.

Should I do this? Or would it be better for me to keep the original 512 mb stick in and be able to get a maximum of 1.5 GB?

Is it safe for my computer to use two 1 GB sticks?

I have both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. I need to know if i should uninstall Internet Explorer seeing as I have Firefox.

Does it bother you that the day zooms by too fast to really enjoy anything?

I mean you wake up, and next thing you know its dinner, then its bed, then you wake up and the same thing happens

Also, when you are a baby its like a dream, then you wake up and your 15, then you blink and your 40...

I do not like how the day goes so fast =(

Ok, there is this kid at my school. He is the ordinary "geek" and "nerd." Almost everyone (except like 1 kid) doesn't pick on him.

But i kinda feel bad because he invited me to his birthday party last year and now i'm making fun of him...am i a bad person?

Oh, and he comes up with the LAMEST comebacks..heres one of my favorites from him "Go jump in a pit of boiling snakes!"

So yeah, he is probably the most picked on kid in my grade, but am i a bad person for picking on him?
