So it seems you can get lye water or at least some dirty version of that from mixing wood ash and water. In a survival situation could this be used as an antiseptic and then rinsed off?

I need a new 33'x77' door. Can I just sandwich two 3/4 inch pieces of plywood together and make a solid door?

Will their be problems with the hinges or lockset because of the grain in plywood? It has to better than my shot out solid core mdf door that's falling off the hinges.I also need to add a window and dog door so its seems easiest to just build the door from scratch. If there are better ideas please let me know. Obviously money is my concern here.

I live in southern California and have a small yard. I don't care about impressing anyone and just want something other than dirt. Why shouldn't I intentionally grow a crabgrass?

I'm building a table and I would like to include a cup holder/spot that lights up when a cup is placed on it. Along with the credit check, it's also required to let the landlord know how much money is in my bank account. Would I just be able to make anything up or is that information available through a credit check and such?

I hate salespeople. I don't like people who push their intentions on to other people for their own gain. I hate upsetting people, and I hate making people do what they don't want to do, and I especially hate making people feel uncomfortable. Soooooo, how do I become a salesperson? My kind *** heart is broker than a 2 piece bat and salespeople make money. Salespeople build companies. Salespeople can move people and push people. Salespeople can motivate people. How do I become that?

Can I buy aftermarket replacement speakers for my car, but instead of hooking up to a head unit they just connect to my phone through bluetooth? They would replace the factory speakers, still be installed to run off of battery power, but have a bluetooth connection?

Im looking for a Bluetooth Receiver/controller to install into my truck. I'm looking for something that I can use with controllable or programmable outputs. For example, I could push a button on my phone and turn on my headlights, or turn on my overhead lights. Something I can install, and plug/solder/attach a electronic component to, and be able to control power to that component using a Bluetooth connection. This would ideally have many programmable outputs. I'm sorry if I haven't used the correct terminology but I've hopefully explained what I'm looking for.

I have a fairly old semi auto 22 rifle that has a horizontal magazine right under the barrel that holds 17 bullets. I can only find new guns with like 10 round clips which is lame in comparison lol. What is that part called also? Can I build a custom 22 rifle with this? Im new to all this so any info and websites that help people build 22s or list parts etc would be awesome. Could I machine my own and incorporate it into an existing rifle? It will be used just for fun around the property.

So I've just read that lunch is an abbreviation of luncheon. Does that mean the terms are interchangable?

I'm in the u.s and here my understanding of the word was a luncheon was strictly an event, not something you could eat. I could say im going to eat lunch, but would never say, I'm going to eat luncheon.

Is this just because nobody knows lunch is an abbreviation?

I've applied for a small ($3,000ish) loan with my older brother (better credit, credit history etc) as a co-applicant. My brother would like to apply for a small business loan but only after this $3000 loan is done and taken care of. How long after this loan is paid off will it appear as actually done with?
