I'm 32 years old and 4 months pregnant. I got pregnant by my ex bf whom I have been off and on for the last 4 years. We've been "friends with benefits" and my pregnancy was the result of that "relationship". I didn't know how to break the news to him but I eventually did and he completely shut down. It took him a couple of months to react and reassure me that he would be part of our baby's life as well as help me financially! Although, his promise has given me peace of mind, he also assured me that between us there is no more hope for a relationship. He even went as far as to tell me that the news of my pregnancy has opened his eyes and made him realize what his true feelings for me are. He claims to love me and care for me but always follows that by "I love you but I'm not in love with you". His family is extremely supportive of our situation and I appreciate that very much because my family isn't very supportive. I know he'll be part of my life for ever and all I want to know is how in the world does one move on from such a heartbreak? I've always loved him and had hope that we work things out and give our relationship another go, but since he told me the latest that he doesn't "love me" I just don't know how to handle that at this moment while going through so many hormonal/body changes... I just feel so alone and unloved by the man that use to tell me he loved me just 4 months ago.

We've established that we would be friends ONLY but I want more... is that wrong of me? How can I get the strength I need to move on?

My landlord has been trying to fix a broken water pipe for the past 3 DAYS! Instead of paying to get it professionally done, he is doing it himself and has left all his tenants without running water for the past 3 days. We have a small water hose that he left for us to get water from. I've been showering at friends houses and brushing my teeth with bottled water.

I went to Roosevelt High School in Los Angeles, CA form 1993-1996.

My boyfriend's Grandmother is ill and he and his family are taking it extremely bad. He's asked me to give him space to deal with this on his own. Our relationship is fairly new and we have not yet formed a strong foundation, I haven't even met his family. I feel as if this tragedy will change the course of our relationship. I offered to be there for him but he said there is nothing I can do to make him feel better. What can I do to not take this personal? I feel selfish because I'm more concerned with our relationship than his Grandmother... any advice?

I've been dating this guy for only a couple of weeks and he tells me that he is sure of me, I wonder how does he know so quickly. I would love for him to be the one for me but I'm still trying to figure him out.

Ever since I had my first period at 11 years old I've been extremely irregular. I've lasted up to 6 months with out a period. I was on birth control for almost 5 consecutive years and for the past 5 months I've been off the pill. I've been having unprotected intercourse with my boyfriend and haven't gotten pregnant. We're not married but I fear that I won't be able to get pregnant when we are ready.
