I am so lost in how many cals I should eat in a day! I had 3 babies in 3 years so I packed on ALOT of weight and with prayer, a very low cal diet, and lots of exercise I've lost 87lbs which would be 50lbs less than my normal weight was. I was eating between 800 - 900 cals a day intill I learned it was very dangerous. So just recently I've started to eat 1000 - 1200 cals a day based on a sight I found but I can't help but wonder is this right????

I always wanted my kids close in age so they would have a better relation ship because my older brother is 7 years older than me and we've never really been close, but my younger brother is only 3 years younger than me and we've always been close. So I have my first two children 21 months apart and I'm pregnant now and they will be 3 years apart and 15 months apart.

So did you chosse/ want your children close in age?

Ok so I was just wondering if anyone has induced labor themselves. Like did walking help put you in labor or eating pineapples or any other " tricks" help. I will be 38 weeks tommorow and if my baby isn't born by next week my doctor is going to induce me because I tend to have big babies any way I've heard that it hurts alot more when the hospital induces you than natural birth and I don't plan on having an epidural or anything like that so any sugguestions and stories will help me so thank you in advanced and God bless everyone!!!

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and cramping what should I do? Should I go to the hospital? Or just call my doctor tomorrow ? I just had a doctors appointment Monday and everything was fine and why do you think I'm cramping or what could be the cause of my cramping?
