When mixed together, aqueous solutions of lead(II) nitrate and magnesium iodide produce a yellow precipitate.?
Write the molecular, total ionic, and net ionic equations for this reaction
For the molecular equation i got:
Pb(NO3)2 (aq) + MgI2 (aq) -> PbI2 (aq) + Mg(NO3)2 (s)
this is wrong and i'm very confused

2 AnswersMathematics7 years agoIn a certain suburb, 60% or the employed adults take the train to work and the other working adults take a car. Of those who take the train,?
55% are men, and 40% of those taking a car are men.
a. If an employed adult from this suburb is chosen at random, what is the probability that the person is a woman?
b. If a woman is chosen at random from this suburb, what is the probability that she takes the train to work?
I made a contingency table and got these answers:
a: 51/100
b: 27/51
Are these correct??
2 AnswersMathematics7 years agoShould i drop AP physics?
i'm probably going to get a C in my AP physics class which will be the lowest grade I've ever received in a class. I have a 4.1 weighted GPA and am taking weighted classes. I'm an A/B student
(mainly A's). Should I drop physics and escape the C or stick with it? How much will this affect my chances of getting into college?

1 AnswerMathematics8 years agohow to solve precalc problem?
Here's the problem: 3^(x+2)=5^x
how do you solve this??
i got
ln3^(x+2)=ln5^x
(x+2)ln3=xln5
2ln3+xln3=xln5
-xln3 -xln3
ln9=xln5-xln3
ln9=x(ln5-ln3)
ln9=x(ln5+ln(1/3))
ln9=x(ln(5 1/3))
x=ln9/ln(5 1/3)
but I feel like this is wrong..
5 AnswersMathematics8 years agoaccelerations and tension question PHYSICS?
I'm struggling with this question:
Suppose two boxes on a frictionless table are connected by a heavy cord of mass 1.0 kg. Calculate the acceleration (magnitude) of each box and the tension (magnitude) at each end of the cored, using the free-body diagrams shown in Figure 4-53. Assume FP = 42.0 N, ma = 9.0 kg, and mb = 13.5 kg, and ignore sagging of the cord. Compare your results to Example 4-12 and Figure 4-22.
find:
mA acceleration in m/s2
mB acceleration in m/s 2
