So a freind if mine has the implant (you know the conception one) and is getting getting it replaced next week and says her doctor won't let her have local anaesthetic or painkillers while doing this (this is in England under the NHS) the website sy they should; is there anything that cn be done about this?

Would it be against the law in the United Kingdom to give a fake name for anything in particular for E-mail or a mobile phone?

I want something pierced but easy to hide so any suggestions?

Before anyone says not to limit myself or whatever I will not let it define me or anything like that. So anyway I am pretty genderfluid, male one day, female the next and somewhere else on the third. I have begun to spend most of my time as neither male or female on occasion I am female and even more rarely am I male. Should I say I am genderfluid or call myself something non-binary like androgynous or genderqueer?

I am openly pansexual at college but not at home. I have no reason not to be my parents are accepting of such things and want me to be happy but when I am about to tell them I just can't I feel so scared, I don't have this when telling anyone else, so any help or advice would be appreciated. I should also add it feels like an irrational fear not a well founded one.

Sometimes I feel male other times I feel female and other times I feel neither, any serious advice or help would be helpful.

Sexual orientation, it is believed, is caused by environmental factors, but does anyone know what factors they are. Differences in sexual orientation can be found around the world so yeah any one got any theories about what they are.

As far as I am aware there are no laws against gays in Britain anymore and we are equal, but just out of curiosity how homophobic do you still think Britain is? I am lucky enough to only know one homophobic person but is there anyone on here who has received a lot of hate while in the UK?

Before anyone tells me it does not exist please bear in mind that was not the question. I am going to tell my Mum first but my big concern is she does not know what it is should I tell her I am pan and then explain it or find an excuse to explain it and then tell her?
