Someone put this in my head while I was deep asleep and now they are harassing me whenever they want. It has been continuous for about a year. I got MRI scan and the device was so tiny like in the picture that it was undetectable in MRI scan. Where in my head is it, if not in ear? I've been using giant magnets to either drag it out or destroy it. What else can I do?

Someone put a speaker that is the size of a nose ring up my nose or in my eye and it is stuck in my head. He has a wireless mic and he can keep bothering me with his friends. I tried getting MRI, but it is hard to find, so with the few seconds the doctor gave to look for any "device in my head" she could not find anything. I've been harassed 24/7 by this Mexican kid and his new African mind reader friend. It is unbelieveable, but I am criticized every day and my symptoms are getting worse. Please, help.
