How do I stop electronic harassment?
Hi. I am a victim to this. A drug dealer I trusted put a nano speaker in my head through my eye, nose, or ear when I was asleep. He talks through a mic and keeps bothering me for one year. There is infinite battery life because the battery attaches to the mic. Anything I could do to stop it? I already got a CT scan xray and mri.

Best to see a doctor. Psychiatrists are trained for nanotechnology extraction.
They WILL need to be able to see your various diagnostic test results (CT, MRI, X-ray).

Oh really. You need serious mental help dude. Get off the internet and get yourself checked into the nearest mental health facility. You are experiencing the clear symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia which often distorts all logical thought and reasoning abilities. Without mental help your condition will only worsen.

Surprisingly, psychiatrists have training in nanospeaker removal. I'd start there.
