I use my tools as a handyman doing light repairs. Can't justify the expense of the Fein product. Quick change blades would be a plus. I know many tool companies sell them and even Harbor Freight has a version. Am not a Harbor Freight fan but won't rule it out. Any suggestions from the dozen or so brands out there including blades that are reasonably priced? For example, my next project is installing vinyl replacement windows. The openings have raised wood trim which I must cut down flush with the stucco. Seems like the perfect job for a multi-tool. Yes?

The original thermostat had a fan-only setting and a heat setting. I purchased a heat-only Honeywell round thermostat. The wires from the furnace controls has 4 wires: red, white yellow and black. On the back of the thermostat I set the two micro switches according to the setting for gas heat furnace. The problem is since I replaced the thermostat the blower seems to put out less volume of air compared to before. I am using two wires, the red and the white. The yellow and black are not attached. The thermostat has 3 terminals labeled red white and yellow. How can I get the volume of hot air [fan speed] to be what it was with the old thermostat?

Last week he came over at about 3:30 am in the morning without prior contact or indication and committed suicide outside her front door on the deck. Single shot. My insurance company called a specialized clean up company to clean up the scene. My insurance has $1000 deductible, I will be responsible for paying out of my pocket. Question is should I deduct the $1000 from her cleaning/damage/security deposit? What would you do? The place is now cleaned up and vacant and I am trying to re rent it. I won't charge her for loss of rent.

My refrigerator is about 6-7 years old. White plastic door handles have turned yellow. Besides painting, has anyone had success getting them white again? What worked?

For example Walmart has the best price on a brand called Super Tech Dexron 6. As long as it is Dexron 6 is the brand relevant?

Is there an idle speed adjustment on a 2006 BMW 530i w/ N52 engine automatic transmission [US spec 3 liter]? Can it be done without expensive or special tools. If so, where is is the adjustment and how do you do it?

Anyone have experience in this scenario in the USA: Re roof a flat roof over a 2 car garage. When it comes time to sell the property, is vinyl sheet roofing installed by a professional roofer consider to be equal to a hot mop roof or is there any discrimination against vinyl in residential use?
