My mom emailed me a picture and attached it with Microsoft Word (it's the updated Microsoft Word) is there any way i can save the picture to my computer(getting it off of Microsoft word.) Help please :)

My iTouch is like freaking out. I'll click on a song and it'll skip through all of my songs and i've turned it off, reset it, let it die, and plugged it in. Nothing's working. It will also strangly play one song after it skips through all of my songs and it will play one song after it does that without me clicking on it. All applications work but videos don't work either. Please Help!!!!
