First of all, I'm not majorly overweight or obese - really, I'm the type of person who people ask how one can eat so much and not gain any weight whatsoever - so I'm not looking for a diet that focuses on weight loss. My main intentions are to start cutting out the unnecessary unhealthy food and drink that I tend to consume a lot seeing as it doesn't seem to affect me aesthetically and replace it with food and drink that will make me feel good instead of sluggish.

Im looking for a diet which will keep me full for most of the day so I won't feel the need to snack and yet will also provide the energy for when I go to the gym without the need for high calorie energy drinks and such.

I'm just wondering what you guys' suggestions are?

I want to record vocals, I'm an amateur, first mic etc, etc.

I want a relatively good condenser microphone for a cheap-ish price. I don't necessarily have a budget, but I don't really want suggestions for mics that are ridiculously high in price as I'm not a professional nor do I have the money to buy it.

When I say cheap, I don't want people saying annoying things such as "Well, you're not going to get a great mic for a cheap price, you pay for what you get" because that isn't going to help me, obviously. I just want you guys' opinions on which mic is the best in the beginner's category which exceeds in quality for the price.

Every day I aspire to be successful yet I'm just sat at home on Facebook wasting precious time, just expecting that one day I will be rich and everybody will like me for who I am. I'm failing college because of it.

I wouldn't say that I was an outcast, my school experiences were not bad, I just coped with people whom I had to; to always put on a mask in front of others - to never show my emotions - yet I craved for people to see who I really was, but I was too afraid of that. I loathed those who were carefree about life, who were more outgoing than I have ever been yet always managed to get the grade, but have recently been throwing their lives down the drain. I hate them. They have had everything I wanted but I never did.

I'm just so confused. I'm aware of the reality, but my heart is set on this deluded dream. It's like I have a gut feeling that life will work out for me, but I can see from some people around me that life's not like that. I'm just set on achieving that one in a million chance of becoming that person who others will aspire to, dismissing other opportunities that will get me by in life.

I'm a British citizen currently in education; I've just finished my GCSEs in school and got reasonably good results, now about to do A Levels in college then planning to study chemistry in university in the future.

I've always dreamed of living in the US ever since I was a kid, I still do now and probably still will in the future. I knew you needed a visa to move to the US, but I hadn't realised until recently when planning my future and looking through frequently asked questions about moving to the US, that is very, very tough to be accepted for a visa. Why? I don't understand? Even decent, qualified people have been refused - I'm sure it's better to give a chance to someone who is willing to work to replace someone who is unemployed and unwilling to work. I know that it's kind of to do with the amount of people employed at the moment, but I've heard from US citizens that a lot of Mexicans enter the country easily and just succumb to being lazy rather than working, or are they just eligable because of the law of being able to move because of family members and marriages?

It might be a bit early for anyone to tell, but will the situation get worse in the future and make it even more difficult for emigrants? Is chemistry an industry in the US which is lacking in employees?

I want to know how create a simple square waved sound on a MicroKorg XL synthesizer as there are no presets for one. A sound which sounds like the lead synth in Sandstorm by Darude, Pokerface by Lady GaGa and Who's that chick? by Rihanna featuring David Guetta. I'd prefer it if you told me the basics on how to do it, such as how high the resonance shoulf be, and what values i should change with the parameters.

I'd be really greatful for you help.

I went to a Pendulum concert a couple of weeks ago (which was amazing, i must add) and my mates and I were dancing to some sick dubstep songs that were being played before Pendulum came on, but after Hadouken! (the support band) finished on stage. I was just wondering if anyone knows what i'm talking about and if they could name the artist responsible for such amazing music played in the period between the two bands performed. Thanks :)
