I have 4 cats, my babies. One will only eat dry food, and the others presently eating 1 can of fancy feast between all 3 and dry food replenished all day. I found a new pet store and the person who worked there was talking to a woman on the benefits of NV Instinct, made so much sense. I bought a few cans, and yes i know fancy f isn't the best. Sump Pump in closet and severe mold growth on walls. Afraid of getting scammed. Live in Central, N.J. One place wanted to rip out 3 feet of wall going around basement apt., costing hundreds of dollars. Found out they are under investigation for ripping off people. Purchased a home, furnace was built in 1988, needs a new part which is priced at $800.00. Inspector had stated will need a new furnace down the road, however, did notexpect the road was comin up so soon. Several other parts of been changed in the past. Any and all info on this would be greatly appreciated asap. Oh, i need to mention AC unit is connected to furnace, as well. One "gentlemen", is trying to sell us a better filter system for an additional $750, helps with allergies, etc. I thought a good filter would do the job, and what is a decent price to pay for a filter, i heard they range, from $25 and up. There is also another unit to replace ugly PVC pipes outside for additional $750, HELP! Did anyone here of a 95% and a 96% furnace, the latter one is recommended to help with even- heating of the second floor. The wonderful company who is stating all this is Ketzenberg & Org, Avenel, NJ. I have no Heat and i think its going to be a cold cold winter. Sorry for the long explaination, Thanks everyone.

I have hard wood floors throughout my home. As I stated they were just sanded, i chose to leave them natural, however, there is a coat of semi-gloss on them. My PROBLEM, i have 4 cats who throw up on occassion, what is safe for me to use on FLOORS and SAFE FOR MY BABIES. Any and all answers would be greatly appreciated asap. Thank You.

We just purchased a 50 year old home. Needs painting, how to i clean walls or leave this for the painters. Tried eco friendly cleaners and they just don't seem to work well. The fridge is not old but i want to disenfect everything in kitchen and bathroom, etc. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

My hubby has HD 1984 Wideglide. The back rest vibrates like crazy and my back gets so itchy. It drives me crazy, of course i don't have to rest on it, but there must be a solution. Possibly a thicker pad, any suggestions would be greatly appreicated.

3 of my cats will eat wet food, my other female only eats dry. I heard its good to at least give them a little wet. I have some receipes that include chicken, carrots, etc. I just don't want my little ones to get spoiled. Maybe for a special dinner once in awhile. Thanks fellow cat-lovers. Oh, i've tryed so many wet store brand foods to the most expensive Roxy will not eat it.

I have t-shirts with pictures on them, i want to remove picture and put on another t-shirt. I have Aleens fabric glue from Michaels. Also when i adhere fabrics, should i stretch t-shirt, or just leave flat and glue on design or whatever i choose, Thanks.

I have 4 cats. My hubby and i are all very close. The best way i can put it is they let us live with them, lol, but really not kidding. We step over them, nearly break our neck, you got the picture. The new home is small and cozy in a quiet neighborhood. Help, how do i get them to adjust without them freaking out. One of the girls lives on my kitchen table, shes so afraid of everything. Anything you guys can think of would be greatly appreciated.
