Im trying to find CURRENT information about banned books in the USA.

All that i can find is useless 20+ year old junk information about how huckleberry fin and other common book were banned by some schools, churches, or communities a long time ago.

does anyone have useful info such as

-who enforces it(is it enforced?)

-current list(not list of books that were banned 50 years ago)

-who decides it and their website/contact info

all that i can find is the ala.org website with broken links and 2004 date stamps with "banned book of the week" that it uses for promotions

the joint on both arms have this and i have dry but not red spots that are not normal on random spots on body(sides, behind arm)

past skin conditions i have just used some selenium sulfide shampoo and problem went away but it is not helping this

vitamin e spray seemed to have helped my other arm significantly in the 4 hours ive put it on but i thought i'd ask if anyone here knows what would cause this so i can prevent it or find out if this is signs of something more serious like Psoriasis

any comments or other have similar condition?

had some funny answers to my recent question on my use of atheist... they were complaining i was not including buddists in my question since they all dont have gods in their religion

the Websters definition is not believing in god

by websters they are right, however the definition of words change with sociaty and over time many words have changed definitions(naughty, gang, douche) the term is clearly used to mean one that does not believe in religion in this forum and everywhere else

so whats your opinion, is the use of atheist to mean not believing in religion right by social standards or are many wrong and not making any sense?

atheist all believe religion is false... do you think the people in charge(such as the pope) also know its false and are just using it to scam millions to pay for their lifestyles without having to do real work?

i NEED my car painted... i cannot afford a long lasting high quality one... im looking at the middle packages for both companies and want to know if there is any advantages to one over the other?

its been 4 days and my stomach got burned and has not improved...its still bright red and has a burning feeling on it

all other parts of my body are peeling or have already peeled and look fine now(with a good tan even)

i have been useing aloe, lidocaine and most recently solarcaine which is helping with the burning but it does not seem to be healing

is it normal for sunburns to be bright red still after 4 days? im a dark skinned guy and used to be on the swim team in high school and always had a tan while never burning; so this is the first burn i have got in about 10 years

what digital cameras have the best movie mode?

most have vga resolution but the quality of it vastly differs between cameras

also, are there any that have superior audio compared the the competition?

need to finish a essay tonight but im having trouble concentrating because of a crappy day

started off with me waking up and reading a email from my teacher falsely accusing me of cheating(emailed back explaining misunderstanding), called my friend who lost the book we were sharing for another class and he's prob dropping(midterm 2 days way and i haven't had the book long enough), drove through MC D's(realized they got my order wrong after i got home), played the online monopoly game with the pieces(went around the board 2x landing on the EXACT same places each time(rigged), got to works parking lot but was boxed in by a civic in the middle of the road who wouldnt move for 5 min, went in work to find others called out sick and supplies came in 7 hours late so no work had been done all day, and got home finally to read the response from my teacher accusing me now of insulting him in the least email(he has never heard anyone use "lol" before and thought it was a sarcastic insult, OMG

im in collage but i do need either a bed or a small suv to put scuba gear/bikes/ect in

from the dealer i was told about ~1500 for a motor(not clear on what comes with the motor, does anyone know what does?) and estimated ~1000-1500 more after all tax/work and junk is done

is it worth getting a new motor? or should i start trying to find a rav4 in my price range?

and one last question, when you include mpg/insurance cost/tax/credit or loan charges... is getting a new car saving me or costing me money for the long run?

i put my soda can on my bathroom sink...after a minute while doing my hair i notice the can is moving at a consistant speed accross the sink top.

i can put a ball there and it will stay still.

the level says its a tiny amount not level in the direction the can went(the buble was alittle up but not all the way)

one of my friends said it was condensation moving the can, if so can anyone provide a link to the science around that and how i can recreate the event
