Is working out in the morning, say a 20 minute run on my bicycle, before I even start my day better for loosing weight and burning calories than working out at 9pm after dinner & fruit?

How do you like yours?

In my 55 gallon I have 2 lava rocks, driftwood and another red rainbow rock, and it's been set up like that for about 3 months. I do have a large pleco, 3 botias and a Spottied Pimelodus who all hang out on the bottom of the tank, and I wanted to rearrange the rocks totally different from how they are now. I want to use the rocks as a hide out in one corner of the tank. B/C the pleco will go sick on the other fish and chase them and I wanted to give them a safeway.

Do you think the fish will mind during the rearranging, and after? I know they will get used to it again, but I may not even like it myself. Should I just let it be, I really want to give the pleco more swimming space, while providing a better hide out for the other fish.

I wouldn't last a day in the snow or jungle. But I think I'd do all right in the Navaho Desert, or in the mountains (w/little snow).

I have a 55 gallon tank with the following occupants:

(from smallest to largest)

5-white tetras adults

2-Dwarf Neon Rainbows (1-2 inches)

3-Australian Rainbows (3-5inches each)

3-Loaches (2 YoYos & 1 Burmese Boarder)

1-Spotted Angelicus Cat (approx. 3-4 inches)

1-Featherfin Squeaker (approx. 6 inches)

1-Butterfly Pleco (approx. 8-9 inches including tail)

=equalling approx. 37 inches of fish total.

I preform water changes at least once a week, sometimes twice. There are 3 medium sized rocks and one 14 inch piece of driftwood in there.

I want to get 2 or 3 Bosemani Rainbows, and another 2 or 2 Dwarf Neon Rainbows.

The intake on my filter can be placed low, by the gravel or higher up in the tank. It's a 55 gallon and I prefer it higher so my bigger bottom feeders have more room to swim on the bottom. Do you know of any differences of having the intake higher as opposed to lower, or visa versa?

Every week, about 2x's a week, I change the water in my 55 gallon freshwater aquarium, b/c there is alot of poopies. I've only been able to take out 5 gallons each change, b/c I only have a 5 gallon bucket to put the old water, and a 5 gallon bucket with the heated new water.

What I'm trying to find out is how I can change more than 5 gallons at a time. I have just one heater I can use for the water changes, and even the 5 gallon bucket can be too heavy for me to lift up to put in the tank.

Does anyone have any experiences, suggestions or ideas that may be able to help me?

Would that be weird to go to the gym with my dad? He's like 60 yrs old. I need to start going to the gym and can't afford it, BUT if I start going with my dad he'd pay for me. But would that be freakishly weird?

My male cat refuses to eat dry food, and I feed him at 5:30, as soon as I get home from work. I give him a full can of food and he seems to get full from that. But lately at around 7am Snuggles will sit in front of my bedroom door crying constantly for about 45 minutes until I get up. When I go to look if he had no food or water it turns out that he has plenty of both.

Do you think that I should feel Snuggles another can of cat food in the morning too now before I go to work? Or maybe give him half the can in the morning and the other half after work?
