I'm looking for large boxes (30 - 80 litre boxes) just cheap plastic ones. This is proving really hard for me to find!!!

I wanted these ones originally, but the store called me and told me that they had run out of stock and would not be getting any back in.

I bought a pair of Nike air max trainers from this website:

And they sent me the wrong ones!

I found out once I seen the shipping that they came from China, and when I received them, they were a completely different pair, different colours etc than what I ordered!

When I contacted the company, they were very unprofessional and kept saying that they couldn't swap the trainers as it would cost me 60usd (around £30) just for shipping. (I think this was to try and throw me off getting a refund)

I then said that I would send them away and they have just kept saying that they'll refund me 20%.

What are my rights here as a U.K citizen buying from overseas? I bought through my bank and used a debit card, so am not protected by paypal or a credit card and can't reclaim the money back.

Is there any way of exposing this website or reporting it, as the trainers I'm sure, were also fake!

I'm looking at hostels, hotels and apartments in Ibiza. Some of them let you choose between a studio 2, 3 or 4 pax. What is 2,3 and 4 pax, and what is the difference? Thanks!

I'm going to Ibiza towards the end of June, for a week, flying from Glasgow, or Glasgow prestwick.

I've had a look on easy jet and some other sites, but they've not got many flights! I'm looking for 4 adults, either returns or one way...then another one way for on the way back.

My dates are flexible, and want to leave around 18th June, to say, 22nd June, for a week.

I'm finding it really hard finding some, and have a budget of £130 per person, including return!

I have "debt" to a company in Scotland (I'm from there) which is actually their fault.

It was an administration error on their part and it was an overpayment that they made to me 3 and a half years ago.

I wrote to the company, telling them that it was, in fact their fault (after having sought advice from the citizens advice bureau, they told me that this was in fact true), and I had no correspondence whatsoever for 3 years.

Just recently, I received a letter from a debt collection agency, on their behalf, telling me that I must pay the outstanding balance.

Firstly, are they allowed to pass it straight on to a debt collection agency, without sending any correspondence to myself?

Secondly, how long does it take before debt like this is wiped? They are now threatening me with court action as I refuse to pay them!

I am thinking about buying my 5 year old a dog for her Christmas or birthday.

I stay in the top floor of a flat so my requirements are:

*GOOD TEMPERAMENT

*GOOD & SAFE WITH CHILDREN

*LOW ENERGY INDOORS

*DON'T REQUIRE MUCH EXERCISE

What dogs meet these requirements? and could you post a link to more information on the dogs themselves, or where to get them?

I also work so would only be able to take the dog out once, or twice a day at most, so I know that a big dog or one which has lots of energy indoors just wouldn't be ideal.

I don't want to jump into it it's going to require a lot of thought as I don't want to take on something that we can't keep. I'd love one too as would my girl (she's been asking me for 2 years) so have to do some research first.

I have had suspected swine flu since Wednesday now, since I came back from holiday.

I haven't been in contact with my daughter for fear of passing it onto her.

Now most of my symptoms are gone, but am still sneezing and bringing phlegm up when I'm coughing.

Is it recommended that I should stay away from her until ALL symptoms subside or is the fact that my fever has gone down now good enough to be able to come into contact with her again?

I have been having hollywood lashes done for the past couple of months (where they use individual lashes and glue it with a super strength glue so they last for weeks at a time).

They had started to scratch and I just wanted my own eyelashes back after a while - especially as they started to look daft when a few fell out here and there.

So I decided to carefully pick the glue - once I took all of them off I have hardly any eyelashes left. Mine used to be really long and thick (dunno why I got the treatment done in the first place and it cost me £60) .

There's very few left and there so short - I feel like crying!

When I pulled the hollywood ones out the glue yanked clumps of mine out at the one time by the root.

Will they grow back? :(

And do you have a recipe? I fancy something similar to what you'd get in a restaurant - we're cooking lobster 2moro but want some serving suggestions and some lobster dressing recipes!
