How long do you guys keep contacts in for?
My mom keeps them in for about a week but says you should probably take them out every day so for people who wear contacts how long do you usually keep them in for?

Let’s say I needed to lose weight in a week, if I didn’t eat anything but breakfeast and dinner , and in the breakfeast in dinner only having vegetables or boiled eggs for protein and went outside a few hours a day (walking around, swimming , not really hardcore exercise in my opinion) would I lose a good amount of weight? If so how much would be estimated to lose?

around the middle of the night every night my dog will start whining really loud and jump off the bed, I usually stay up until 3 AM and recently shes been trying to avoid sleeping with me. I have guinea pigs and my dogs daughter. they are both husky Labrador mixes, I was just petting her a minute ago and when I stopped she went back to whining until she decided to get back on the bed, before she used to watch the window and I though she just saw something but sometimes she isnt looking through the window, is she just doing this for attention, or because thats just her being herself? she used to never to this.
