If i practically starved myslelf and only ate vegetables would I lose weight fast?  ?

Let’s say I needed to lose weight in a week, if I didn’t eat anything but breakfeast and dinner , and in the breakfeast in dinner only having vegetables or boiled eggs for protein and went outside a few hours a day (walking around, swimming , not really hardcore exercise in my opinion) would I lose a good amount of weight? If so how much would be estimated to lose?

    yeah you would lose

    how much depends on what you weigh now but like I did this for prom when I was trying to get thin enough to fit a size 0 dress (ended up basically water fasting for 2 weeks lol)

    since then I use this every April/may to slim down for bikini season

    You won’t really notice much of an effect in just a week, it also depends how much and what kind of vegetables you eat. The less carbohydrates, the better. As with no carbohydrates, the body starts burning fat.

    You cannot lose weight any faster than you gained it.
