I see the words 'poser' and 'rick-rolled' used on facebook to describe someone. Please explain the meaning.

I am an aide and sub school driver who transports iep students to Crossroads every day. One student has harrassed others, tried to start fights, [been smacked by one other], threatened to scratch a drivers car, got one aide fired after telling school that she gave him a knife [confessed later he lied about her], brought firecracker on bus to throw at me, and few days later he had a screwdriver with knife point on other end. We complain about this student but are told he's iep and can't do much with him. [Yes, we confiscate the items.] Right now, he's back from 3rd day off bus. What happens after he reaches 10th day off? What if he actually hurts someone. I have 2 aides on this route and they are as frustrated as I am. Is it right to take him to County Sheriffs office when he has dangerous items that can hurt others or cause bus accident? In 17 yrs., this is the "makes we want to quit" mood!

I have a 3ft Foghorn Leghorn seat-belted in passenger side of pick-up. 3 small frogs on dash, and a 2ft Elmo straped in seat of extended cab. F.L. and Elmo are looking out the windows and people stare, laugh and kids wave to them.
