I believe due to People v Hinshaw, after 01/2020, the standard became probable cause to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation, as opposed to reasonable suspicion. 

However, I am having a hard time finding recent cases related to driving while intoxicated and the standard of proof required for a stop.

This is for a story I'm writing. I was considering adding a court scene but I don't really know the legal logistics involved. If the child is 15, what is the adoption process like if his mother has passed and his father is in jail and there are no other relatives in story.

This is a little crazy but I want to buy something that's $749. I'm 19 years old and I don't want it to show up on my bank statement because my parents will see it. I use garnier fructis flat-iron express cream on my hair when it's wet and by the time it's dry and ready to straighten it's already a frizzy fro again so I feel like I should also be using something on it when it's dry before I straighten it.

I'm looking to get hair extensions - I guess permanent ones but maybe not depending on if there's a massive price difference - in the city but I found a place that looked like they did them well and it was $500 and I can't afford that. Anyone know a place that does it well for $100-$200 at most? Even that's a lot to spend but I don't want them to look fake or something. Thank you so much!

This is random but I've always wondered this. If you fall on railroad/subway tracks can you survive as long as you manage to get back up to the platform in time or would you be electrocuted?

Also, I live in Long Island and go to school in NYC, does it vary based on where you live?

I really love the names Ethan Neil and Eric Collin. But because the last letter of the first names are also the first letters of the middle names I'm not sure it sounds great. Does Ethan Collin and Eric Neil sound better or does it sound okay the way it is?

I never use my Tumblr and still have no idea how to work it. But, I was trying to conatct someone and she said to 'Ask' her on tumblr so I went to her page and clicked asked and then submitted it. How will I know when she writes back? Like what you should I click to view her response/see if she responded?
