Why don't the Packers fire McCarthy and hire a real coach?
10 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoWho else thinks the Packers should fire Mike McCarthy ?
I asked the same question last year. I still see a team that is not prepared to play week after week. Stupid penalties that kill drives. Bad play calling, all reflections on the coach, should he be fired?
12 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoThe Vikings can have him. Brett Who ?
Wachted Packers/Bills game. Rodgers 8 comp. 9 atts. 98 yds 2tds. 0 ints. 151.6 QB rating. 2 games 6 ofensive series Rodgers 13 comp. 19 atts. 200 yds. 3 tds. 0 ints. Brett Favre 2 offensive series 1 comp. 4 atts 4 yds. 0 tds. 0 ints. 39.6 QB rating. Who needs Favre?
11 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoDid Favre unretire because Vick was getting more attention than him?
ESPN was having stories every day all day long about Vick, so was Favre getting a little jealous.
10 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoWho else thinks the Brewers should fire Ken Macha?
Watching the Brewers /Dodgers game and watch the Dodgers come back and score a run in the 9th inning off a single, a sacrifice bunt, a bunt for a base hit,and a single to tie the game. That's how a real manager manufactures runs. Haven't seen the Brewers do that in any game this year. Then he brings in Carlos (can't pitch) Villanueva to give up 6 runs in the 10th, including a grand slam. They rely on walks and home runs to score. The only time they bunt is when the pitcher is at bat early in the game, they have 25 stolen bases this year, the NL leader in stolen bases is Bourn from houston with 28. He doesn't handle the pitching staff well and when you see him in the dugout he doesn't seem to even be interested in the game. Sorry for the rant but I'm just sick of this.
5 AnswersBaseball1 decade agoAre the brewers on their way to a 10 game losing streak?
Can't do anything against a rookie pitcher? Giving up 16 runs in 14 innings this team sucks. I have no confidence in this team at all.
4 AnswersBaseball1 decade agoWhy do people think that Favre would beat the Packers?
I mean come on they have more game and practice film of him than anyone else and I bet they know a lot more things about him that other teams don't know. If the vikings want him they can have him, he's washed up anyway and has no real receivers to throw to. 30 int's
12 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoWhich of these is worse?
Killing an unborn child or water boarding or killing a terrorist. Why do liberals always have it backwards?
14 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWasn't obama going to rebuild the economy from the bottom up?
If so, why is he giving all of this money to banks and corporations instead of giving money to just us ordinary people?
7 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoWould it have been better for the government?
to give everyone 18 yrs old and older who makes under 250,000 dollars a year, 250,000 dollars. Wouldn't that have stimulated the economy better? I mean people could have paid off their mortgages and bought new cars, that would have bailed out the banks and auto industries and the government would have collected taxes off from all the purchases people made with the money they spent also.
6 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhere are all the Brett Favre fans this week?
And where are all the Aaron Rodgers haters? Favre threw an int. with time running out and I don't see anyone saying Favre sucks or maybe the Jets wish they had Pennington back, but if that was Rodgers all the Favre fans would be asking if the Packers wish they had Favre back. Being a Packer fan I've seen Favre throw int's many times trying to come back and win. Favre today looked old and that he should have stayed retired.
7 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoWho else would like to see the Packers fire McCarthy?
The Packers have one of the youngest and most talented team in the NFL and never seem ready to play at game time, that is a reflection of the coach. Inconsistent and penalty prone= poor discipline, again the coach. Bad play calling, again the coach. Out -coaches himself constantly, Mike Sherman was a better coach. Like to see them hire Darrel Bevell from Minnesota and former offensive co-ordinator of the Packers. What do you think?
