I am within 2 months of selling my property. I would like to use a realtor to handle the paperwork, however I have no need to list the property, as I have buyers waiting. Would I still have to pay the standard 6% fee? This is my first time selling and I'm trying to figure out how to go about it.

Vehicle was slightly flooded, water did not reach seats nor dash, but it set 'closed up' for days before the dealer got to it for repairs. Now onto the current problem

The Honda runs great but the engine had a grinding noise...the radio and clock didn't work..took back to the dealer..they said its on the same wire as the AC compressor and that that is going out.. this morning before i took it back to the dealer..i seen the clock showing..but when i turned the AC on it disappeared (I figured the compressor is pulling an excessive current when it's engaged leaving the clock unable to operate) but how could this effect the radio?

i think they are trying to get out of fixing the radio...BECAUSE they cleared it with my insurance that the radio was ok BUT they didn't even have the face plate in order to see if it was working.

(it might have late 80's or early 90's) all I can remember about it is that a woman was chained to a travel trailer of sorts (because she kept running off) and she was smoking and being very sassy (i also think remember something about sitting fires, but i'm not sure on that on)

is better to get one with battery alligator clips or one that plugs into your cigarette lighter...and what's the difference? Thanks in advance!

I really didn't know what to do, so I just unhooked my battery for right now.

I usually drive everywhere i go...

but i'm thinking about taking greyhound on about a 600 mile trip

any advice? or horror stories to make me wanna drive?

It is not a steady increase. It's bounces from 3 to 8 and all over in between

One is for 300 bucks for failing to yield row to emergency vehicle which i did try to get over, but was going up hill and could not see oncoming taffic.

The second one is for not fully stopping at a stop sign...that one is 155 dollars.

Have had only one speeding ticket here in Texas before like 2 yrs ago.

Got both of these yesterday going down to the coast...and never seen the sun set like i had wished too.

Just need to know how to maybe take care of these w/o having to pay the money to do so as i am in a depression, not a recession.

How can i do it? I have put it in 2 other TracFones and got 'sim card not readable' or something to that effect. Put it in a T-Moblie and Sprint phone and got the same error.
