Do you have to wear a shirt with a collar when taking an ID photo?
I have always been under the impression that it you had to but I have never really seen the rule written down anywhere. So is this just more of a formality and something that would be prefered but not really required? since in almost all the ID photos I've seen most people are wearing collars.
This is for my passport photo by the way, so do I have to wear a collar or can I just wear a shirt?

4 AnswersMilitary1 decade agoDid my mother kidnap my brother?
My mother left the country a few months ago on a supposed vacation to visit her sisters in the US and she took my brother along with her. After the 1st month my father receives divorce papers and of course he freaks out since she said that she no intention of ever coming back and shes taking my brother with her. So isn't that technically kidnapping since both parents have to agree over who will have custody of the child?
Also whats gonna be done in this situation since obviously the police here in Japan can't arrest her while shes in the US.
2 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agoDid it bother you when you found out your first love was seeing someone else?
Just found out a few nights ago that my first love was seeing someone and for some reason that kinda stung a bit. I'm totally fine now and that has never happened to me before with any of my ex girlfriends.
4 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade agoIs it normal to feel lonely at my age?
Okay I just hit 20 and for some reason for the past couple of years I've been feeling really lonely since I don't hang around with my friends as often mostly due to the fact that a lot moved a way after we graduated high school and now that we have more work academically and financially on our hands.
So is it normal to feel this way? I look at my parents and notice that they don't have that many friends either, well they know a lot of people but hardly meet any of them or hang out with them.
I get to see my friends now old and new at least maybe once in a month or 2 months. While back in high school I spent more time with them than alone.
So is this really how the rest of my life is gonna be?

25 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhy does my ex keep calling & texting me when shes drunk?
I broke up with her almost 2 years ago but ever since we started talking again a few months ago every time shes drunk I phone call or a text from her which isn't very lady like. So what gives? Is it that she still has feelings for me or is she having some sort of alcohol induced flashback to the good old days?

1 AnswerMilitary1 decade agoDoes the 1st Amendment apply only to the government or does it apply to everyone?
I've heard that it only applies to government so does that mean that technically private citizens or organizations have the right to silence whomever they want granted its done in a manner that does not conflict with any other law?
