I usually run three times a week, and I run about four miles every time I run. A couple weeks ago, after my second run of the week, the outside of my knee hurt pretty bad. The next day, the pain was so bad that I could barely walk to class. By the weekend, the pain was pretty much completely gone so I ran again, but during the run the pain came back so I stopped. My mom recommended that I use the stair climbing machine instead of the treadmill until my knee healed. After three days of using the stair climbing machine, my knee was worse than ever. Now it has been painful to walk, and the only exercises I've done over the past four days is walking my dog. Have I done permanent damage to my knee?

I plugged in my iPhone 5 to charge last night and went to sleep. When I woke up this morning I unplugged it and pressed the home screen to see what time it was, but the screen remained black. I ve tried plugging the phone into different outlets with different chargers with no response. I even plugged the phone in to my computer and got no response. This has happened to me a couple times before, and I was able to fix it by pressing and holding the lock and home buttons at the same time. However, my lock button is broken. is there anything I can do or is my phone dead?

I m in college and I pretty much have to walk everywhere so I have no access to clothing stores. I pretty much only have access to stores like Walgreens and CVS which are pretty close to me. Are there any easy Halloween costumes I could put together?

There's this guy I really like, and he likes me back. But he just got out of a two year relationship about a month ago. And his ex girlfriend was very controlling of him and it wasn't healthy for him. I know he needs time before he jumps into a new relationship, but how long should I have to wait?

Last night, for some reason all of my apps on google chrome got deleted. I really want to get adblock back because I get sick of seeing ads everywhere. But every time I try to install a new app on chrome, a message comes up saying "Network failed." I already tried resetting google chrome and doing a full system security scan on my computer but the message still comes up. Please help me!

I have a dry internal battery in Emerald but I really want a shiny Rayquaza. I'm going to do run away encounters for it. Is it possible to get a shiny in Emerald with a dry internal battery?

I've had my betta fish for over two years. He lives by himself in a five gallon tank with a heater. I usually feed him three pellets a day and fast him on sundays.Three days ago I noticed that his stomach was bloated so I stopped feeding him. Now, after three days without food, the bloating doesn't look as severe but it's definitely still there. I'm worried about continuing to fast him because I don't want him to starve to death. What can I do to help him? And what can I do to prevent the bloating in the future?

About a week ago he withdrew into his shell, and he hasn't come fully back out since. He is laying on his back, with the opening of his shell facing up. After he remained immobile for five days, I reached into the tank and flipped him over, thinking he was stuck. A couple hours later I looked and he was about halfway out of his shell, so I got excited. But a few hours after that, he was laying on his back again. Ever since then he has been coming out of his shell, just the tiniest bit, and then going back in, so I know he's not dead. I don't think there's anything wrong in my tank. My betta fish is in the same tank, and I've had him for three years, and he's still in great health. Is my snail sick or something?

I got him from PetSmart on this past October. He lives in a roomy tank with a filter, heater, and my betta fish, and he has always had enough to eat. Last night I observed him floating at the top of the tank, near my plant. When I got closer I saw that one of the plant's leaves was actually stuck in his shell. So I got the leaf out of his shell, and he was still floating at the top. I went to sleep, and this morning he was still there. So I took him out of the tank, thinking he was dead. But then I wondered ifhe was really dead, since I could see that he was still in the shell, or at least part of him. I put him back in the tank and this time he sunk to the bottom. Now I'm waiting to see if he'll get out of his shell. Should I be worried? Did the plant hurt him? Should I just take him out of the tank now so he doesn't pollute the water?

I'm studying for my AP Chemistry semester exam and came across a question that I don't know how to answer. The question is:

A solution of urea (CH4N2O, molar mass= 60.05 g/mol) in 120 mL of water has a vapor pressure of 19.6 torr at 25 degrees Celsius. What is the mole fraction of the urea in the solution? (The vapor pressure of pure water is 23.8 torr at 25 degrees Celsius.)

If this was a higher generation game, I would choose umbreon, but I'm playing pokemon red. I just obtained an eevee, and all it knows is tackle. I just stocked up on stones and was thinking of evolving it. I have a gyarados, currently it is my only water pokemon. Pikachu is my only electric pokemon. I have a charizard and a growlithe for fire pokemon. Which eeveelution would benefit me most?

Also, I was wondering if I should evolve my pikachu now or wait. it is level 21, i think. Are there any moves it needs to learn before I should evolve it? It already knows thunderbolt.

I have a strong Charmeleon but obviously her water pokemon are strong against it. I got my Charmeleon to beat her staryu but her starmie's bubble attack destroyed it, and then its bubble attack knocked out all my other pokemon right after! Help! I feel like I don't stand a chance!

My other pokemon are a pikachu, pidgey, beedrill, rattata, geodude, zubat, and a useless metapod who can only harden.

I caught a Metapod and just now realized how stupid that was. I want to release him, and keep the poke ball. Can I do that?

One of my brother's friends likes me, a lot. Almost two years ago, he asked me out, and I said no because I wasn't interested in him. Then he asked me to prom last year, and I said no again, for the same reasons. And yesterday he asked me via facebook message to meet with him face to face. He said that he had some very important things to say to me. And I don't want to meet with him, or hear what those things are, because I think I already know. I want him to leave me alone once and for all. He's a really nice guy, and REALLY sensitive, and I don't want to be rude. How do I say no?
