If a firearm is registered in California, brought to Arizona, and then brought back to CA, is there a legal issue when bringing the firearm back to CA? I know that it is perfectly legal to take a firearm from CA into AZ, but if I am correct, when a person wants to bring the firearm back to CA from AZ they must ship the firearm from AZ to a FFL dealer in CA, go to CA, then pay the FFL transfer fee and retrieve the gun. Is this correct?

One of my laptops is churning after a system update. Screen after boot says "failure configuring windows features, reverting changes", and is stuck there.

I can't find any info on how to boot in safe mode from initial power up in windows 8. Or restore from disk from start up. ...

1 story house. Found water damage in two spots on the hallway ceiling. The area of discoloration gets bigger but I can't figure out why. I live in AZ so it rains 8 times a year and when I go into the attic to check the areas there are no signs of roof leaks.

I thought maybe it was plumbing to the bathrooms overhead because it's a concrete slab foundation but there are no pipes near the damages in the attic.

Only thing there is the air conditioning and heater but both haven't been on in many months.

Weirdest thing is I can't find water damage on the sheet rock or plywood in the attic right above the damaged area that's visible from the hallway.

Stumped.

I need to copy values in column A from sheet 1 to sheet 2 but only if column B = 1. If column B equals anything else than the value from column A is not listed on sheet 2.

My issue is that I get blank rows in sheet 2 and dont know how to make it so sheet 2 only lists data from column A if column B=1 without leaving blank rows

This also needs to be variable as the values in column B can change. Therefore I cant just erase the blank rows in Sheet 2

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and starting today its had a battery charging issue. It only charges up to about 10-15% so when I unplug the phone it naturally tells me to put it back on a charger because of low battery. I've had it on a charger all day and it wont charge higher than that 10-15% range.

I thought maybe its an issue with the charger, but I tried it on my normal charger at work for a few hours, my normal charger at home for a few hours, my car charger for half an hour and then my backup charger at home for another hour and there's no increase above 15% charge.

Also note that I turned off the obvious battery drainers like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, auto-update frequency etc. and I've had the phone for about 6 months, its in perfect condition, always in an otter box, and its never had water damage or any considerable drops.

Any ideas before I consult the "geniuses" at the Sprint store?

I'm new to command prompt obviously so please bare with me here.

I'm familiar with the ping and tracert commands to an extent but I dont think those can accomplish what I really want to do. I want to use command prompt to view all of the websites that are being accessed through my home router at a given time. What is, or is there, a command or set of command prompt steps that can show the current sessions on my network?

I have an HTC EVO 4G. The first EVO 4G, I believe, with four buttons on the bottom and home screen button on the far bottom left.

I've had the phone for about a year and have experienced the typical RAM and refresh rate issues that are expected from a phone like this. However, I recently had the screen just black out, No warning, just black out in the middle of a text.

I've tried the obvious troubleshooting: turn it off and on, take out the battery and put it back. Let it sit and collect itself emotionally, and no luck.

I know what you're saying, "the screen is kaput". I know, but are there any alternatives out there that could give me a glimmer of hope?

Only other thing I tried is a hard reset by holding the volume down button then the power button at the same time. Pretty sure that is how its done, if not please correct me. No luck.

If a screen failure is the only explanation then can anyone tell me how to spot the water damage indicators in this phone so I can check for that? ...And also make sure I can replace it under warranty protection. Thanks all!

I have a Pro-Grid DE Pool Filter. Sorry, I dont know which model but I know I have a 12,000 gallon pool if that helps a bit.

I recently back washed, de-pressurized the tank, and opened it up to clean the filters. No problems so far. I cleaned the filters one by one, made sure to take lots of pictures so that I put them back in the exact right positions. (First time if you cant tell). Everything fit perfectly so I put the top back on and positioned the ring to tighten the seal.

The instructions said to tighten the bolts on the ring to 150 inch-lbs. I only have a ft-lb torque wrench so I converted the figure to 12.5 ft-lbs and tightened the bolt.

Here comes the issue. I turned on the system, added the DE, and checked the pressure. Everything looked good but then I noticed that there was a leak between the seal of the top half of the filter housing and the bottom half. The leak is isolated to one of the three areas where the outer tightening ring connects together. It drips about once a second directly on the joint between the curved ring segments that hold the bottom half and top half of the filter housing together.

Im pretty confident in my torque conversion and my torque wrench so I assume I am missing a different key factor here. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I live in Arizona where it gets very hot in the summer months. It can be consistently in the 110 degree range in July and August.

I am wondering if it is best to leave my air conditioner on a constant temperature while I am at work or if its better to turn it off and then run it full when I get home. I have heard conflicting ideas on this.

One says that leaving it on around 80 degrees will save you money because you wont have to cool the house all the way down when you get home and the other says that air conditioners work better at full power so its actually best to leave it off during the day and turn it on when you get home.

I want to know which method is actually more cost efficient and if you are supposed to leave it on a median temperature, what is the best temperature when its 90, 100 or 110 degrees outside?

Gmail doesnt format correctly when Im using IE. I believe I have IE 8 or 9 and unfortunaltely I cannot use a different browser or update the browser on this computer because of admin restrictions. Is there anything I can change in the settings in order to have gmail format correctly?

Each time I load a page in Chrome it doesnt load completely and I have to click "Reload" in order for all the flash/text/graphics to show. This happens more when loading videos or pages with a lot of content but this never used to happen on my old computer. I just got a Samsung series 5 unltrabook using windows 8. I have an ASUS laptop and now when I boot it up or wake from sleep mode the ASUS symbol pops up and the screen goes black. It stays black with no curser for about 15 min before going to the home screen. Any ideas as to what this could be? Thanks!

When I have a window open in full screen, lets say Chrome, Word, iTunes etc., The task bar will not show when I bring the mouse to the bottom of the screen. I have the task bar set to auto hide when the courser isn't on it, but shouldn't it show when I bring the mouse to the bottom of the screen, even if a window is open in full screen? If not, how do I make it so it will do this? Thanks!

If I were to get an online MBA from the University of Phoenix would employers look at it differently than if it was obtained from a traditional University? Would it be more advantageous, career wise, to spend the extra money and get the degree from a traditional university?

Is it legal to carry a gun across state lines from California to Arizona? The guns are registered in California but I'm pretty sure you can transport them into Arizona without a problem as long as they are stored away and unloaded.
