I have rescued a tan and white colour British Bulldog X Staffie 13 months old, his current name is Max but i already have a lizard called Max and i would like to change the dogs name,

I have a American Bulldog Xstaffie named sadie (she is also reacue who came with this name) and a foster dog called Taffy at the mo!

So any good names for Max please?

Basking rocks for reptiles, Do you really need to buy special rocks or can you smooth and sterilize ones found?

Just wondering what your views on choke/check chains are??

Personally i dont like to use them and i do know that so many people make mistakes and cause injury to their pets throughh using them but do you think in the right hands they are acceptable or not?

This is just curiousity, no way would i plan to use one, i am happy with using the harness!

she tells me when she has done it in her nappy but not before, i am trying naked time and keep putting her on the potty asking if she wants a wee wee and she says yes, doesn't sit still long goes off and does it so mid flow i pop her on the potty and just about have a party about it after!!

She is now going to nursery 1 afternoon a week and they don't allow naked time so how can i go about getting her to ask and any advice on the training would be great!

I have been with my partner for 4 years, have a beautiful daughter aged 18 months, my animals, my home, a nice car, everything.... BUT we haven't had se for 4 months! I love him and he loves me its me that turns it down all the time, i am worried even about cuddling him in case i lead him on to think i want sex.

We have money problems but who hasn't at the moment, i have low self confidence some days but others i am fine, i have no motivation and my other half thinks i don't love him and in-fact hate him, i have tried to explain how i feel but he doesn't seem to understand!

I love him with all my heart and don't want to loose him, I want to be having sex and enjoying each other but we just seem to be stuck in a rut and cant get out!

Help advise anything appreciated!

Its wrong and makes me fuming but so so sad!

I have a 18 month old daughter and i now feel ready to have a second child.

My problem is that i have had odd/irregular periods since i had a contraceptive injection. It stoped my period for 3 months while the jab was effective, i have not used any other form of contraceptive since and my periods are really getting me down now.

I was not bleeding for 6 months AFTER the original 3 and then after that i have a period (heavy) or brown discharge ever 2-4 days!

I am scared to go to the doctor right now but i am also desperate to have another child.

Any suggestions are welcome but please don't make fun, i feel this is serious and i am asking for help not jokes!

Just wanted views on this, i am a foster coordinator and fostered for animal rescues in the uk, from 8 week pups to 18 year olds

I seem hundreds of dogs being euthanized daily because of lack of homes, so my question is why do people choose breeders over rescue and what would make you more likely to go and choose a rescue dog?

My partner has had a goldfish for about 10 years, he is quite big as he was kept in a pond. We cleaned out the pond yesterday and he was under a plant pot on his side.

I think the other fish have been picking on him as he has wounds on his scales.

I have removed him and brought him indoors in a large tank on his own but he is at the bottom breathing flapping to get around and can swim if you help him out.

ANy ideas suggestions would be great!
