So for a while now I've been feeling very tired, unmotivated and having no energy. I always have knots in the muscles of my neck and it doesn't go away. I feel so....blah. And as though I'm wasting my life and I don't know what's going on with me, like I said it's been happening for awhile now. And I live a healthy/balanced lifestyle so I know it's not that. Please any advice?

So I was ususing my benefits they're real mascara this morning when it broke! The seal on the inside that keeps too much product from coming out just totally snapped off, I have no idea what to do! It's expensive mascara and they're still a lot of product so I don't want it to go to waste, any suggestion?

So there's a very mean hall monitor/janitor at my school. She is accusational, mean, and unfair to all students even those who do nothing wrong. She lies and humiliates students in front of teachers and peers. I wrote a very professional letter about my as well as other students issue with her because it seems as though the school is completely unaware. I'm a little concerned that even if I give this letter to my principal or superintendent, that nothing will be done. This is because since she is so mean and nasty to us, students tend to be disrespectful back because we are being treated so poorly with no reason for it. We need our voices to be heard and something to be done about this. Any suggestions for the best result? Thank you!

So my mom works at a preschool and she thinks she may have lice, I want to do everything possible to not get it. Please any advice to keep me from getting lice even though I have to be in the same general area as my mom? Thanks!

I seem to have an issue where even if I make friends I never get really close with them. And I really really want that best friend who sleeps over every weekend and you watch movies and talk about boys (stereotypical I know) but I'm having such a hard time obtaining an even average friendship that this is seeming like an impossible dream. I have anxiety and that makes trying to make friends even harder for me. Any tips/suggestions on how to make friends and then also keep and get close with them? Also I'm 17, thank you!

So this is going to sound really really strange, but please no judgements. I have an incredibly low pain tolerance as well as huge fear of needles. I want to get my belly button and nose pierced, by a professionally liscense piercer I'm friends with, but I was really hoping there was a way I could knock myself out while they do it so I don't have the usual issues I have when having things like this done. I am on the pill and we always use condoms, however we hate condoms. we were discussing the possibility of what else we could do, and we came up with really only one option. my birth control pills, plus spermicide, as well as him pulling out previous to ejaculation. would using all of these methods together be a safe way to prevent pregnancy? what would the statistics likely be? Also, I use the pill for health reasons other then pregnancy, and the pill is only 92-99 percent effective, i want to cover that 8-1 percent.

I have recently realized that someday I will die, and it is consuming my life. I become a mess, because after thoughts of death, my next thought is, then whats the point? So me and my bf have been together for quite awhile now. Growing up I was always very innocent and quite naive. And I maintained that innocence...well until I met him. We have a very amazing sex life, and he always tells me I get this innocent look in my eyes durring all that and it's the sexiest thing...I don't understand why he finds this sexy at all can someone please explain?

I have an awful fear of needles. Anything from a shot to getting my ears pierced has sent me into full blown anxiety attacks and I always faint and usually also get nauseous and sick.This being said I need to be able I get shots for medical purposes, and I also have a love of piercings and tattoos which I can not get because this fear and affects of it are so bad. So, about a month ago I had sex for the first time. We used a condom and everything was fine, no breaking or anything like that. About a week maybe two after I started birth control for painful cramps during my period. But my period wasn't due for about a month after I had sex. My doctor said that I would probably miss this period because if how the pills worked, meaning I most likely wouldn't get it for about 6 weeks instead if the usual 28 days. But then I got it, or at least I think so. It was odd, i got cramps for about two days and then the bleeding and pain got progressively worse. Usually I just kinda get it one day and the bleeding and cramps are awful, but they get progressively better not worse. I've heard that the bleeding getting progressively worse can be a sign of miscarriage, which scares me. Does anyone know what this could be?
