i work out 2-3 times a week and in each session i do 1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of weight lifting. i drink a protein shake right after im done. my cardio is very steady paced but my weight lifting is intense. am i going to lose muscle mass by working out this way? is that too much cardio?

i started a low calorie diet back in sept. 1200cal. a day. i was 5'11 253lbs and im down to 206lbs now. i go to the gym 3 times a week and spend 1 hour on a bike and 1 hour weight lifting. is my cardio and resistance training balanced right? i don't want to lose muscle from too much cardio. i think im doing fine but im not a trainer.

i have a 20 gauge browning bps with a 28" steel shot barrel and a modified choke and i was wondering if that would kill ducks and geese. dont have the money to buy a 12 but my 20 holds 3" shells and i bought some winchester Xpert hi-velocity 3" 7/8oz 4 shot. they shoot 1500fps. will this set up do the job?

can a neutral safety switch drain the battery. i have a 96 dodge 1500 4x4 and i had to get it jumped twice so far. when i had it jumped it would stall if i didn't give it gas. then today it wouldn't even make a sound when i tried to start it. i put it in neutral and it started just fine. is this from my neutral safety switch?

i have a 1999 suzuki esteem and i cant get the key to turn in the ignition. its like im using the wrong key. the steering wheel isn't locked up. i have tried to jiggle the steering wheel as im trying to turn the key but it doesn't work. it use to work when it wouldn't turn. all i had to do it turn the wheel and the key would turn but now it wont do anything
