hey guys quick question, I have a civil unlimited case obviously it's over 25,000, now i'm just wondering is this required personal service? or can it be substitute service after due diligence is made.

So i'm about to go file an ex-parte tomorrow at the lameroux justice center, near the block of orange.

am I suppose to call in advance or something? because i'm planning to go there tomorrow at 7:00 am.

go to the family law clerks' office to file an ex parte, and pay the 40 dollar fee, and hopefully see the judge at 8:30am. when they are heard.

but i'm doing research now, some websites are stating I gotta call the clerks office today, so i can go in tomorrow? is that right?

hey guys, I'm not saying all games are rigged, but I've definitely noticed. to me the referee's are the ones that are controlling certain outcome in high stake games. there was a game today, ravens vs dolphins, where miami in the 2nd qtr, henne threw a pick to L. Webb, webb then RAN it down to the miami 4 yard line. here's what happens in the next 5 plays

1 and 4 at miami 4 willis mcgahee right guard to miami 5 for -1 yard

2nd and 5 flacco get's sacked for 10 yards

timeout baltimore

3 and 20, j flacco sacked AGAIN for 0 yard

4 and 20, field goal, s. kock FUMBLES ?

so your telling me they are at home and mind you up 10 to 7 at this point, get murdered in the nextt 4 plays, i understand, but also miss the field goal opportunity, cuz of the fumble.

I love football trust me I do, but sometimes i just wonder if it's to a certain degree scripted. cuz hell defensive coordinators and offensive coordinators, could straight up be talking to each other after each and every play? is that possible?

and to the new addition of the rules in the nba, where they are calling technicals easier now, I think that's just a way to control the games more, because these spreads sometimes are too close for the bettors.

I have a weird problem. I was out with a bunch of friends, got mad drunk and when i came to sobering up a little, I felt like they were all in on something, like they all devised a plan and I had no idea what it was. They all stare at me, with a devious smile. I finally figure out what they are trying to do (hook me up with a girl), but instead of going with it, I DEFY them, and further more resist, I feel like they think I'm stupid or something and wont be able to figure it out, but really it's more like.... the more you push something onto me the more i resist until you think i'm a weird *** person. ughhh I need help, i think i'm beginning to go crazy.

I bought this monitor and it was working fine and then the next it wasn't working at all. I've tested the line from the PC with external speakers and there is audio there and I also noticed that when I switch the monitor to analog mode there is no display but the audio becomes audible. Of course because there is no display the monitor immediately flips back to digital and then the audio is gone. so what's going on with my monitor and how do I get both video and audio working at the same time

I'm tired of life & my existence, is change possible? The world changes, people change, so why can't I? I'm stuck in an existence that is unfulfilling.

People walk by & my social behavior is beyond unimaginable. They see a looney individual, due to my poor mannerisms and behavior, or lack of, they point their fingers and laugh, but in return, through my eyes, I'm pointing my fingers and laughing right back at them, as though living in my own world, within my mind, and not really caring how the world views me, but only caring about my view of the world.

Is my mind closed off to the reality of this world?

I'm almost oblivious of the fact that I carry myself this way, until supposed "relationships," with fellow individuals that we label as "friends" pointed out facts about myself. I guess it may be due to the chemical imbalance in my brain, but yet that maybe just another excuse, one of many, that I conjure up just to make it through life.

I am a chameleon, in a sense that I disguise myself and my emotions and tell lies just to "let them hear what they want to hear" to make them, what I believe, is the "right answer," so that they can be happy and so that I may avoid conflict all together.

I'm a shy guy, but consider myself VERY NICE to the point of literally, "giving the shirt off my back," and being pushed over quite often, I have lost my "righteous" view of the world, where I believe in the goodness of others, but after hearing about albino children being slaughtered by Africans, due to lack of knowledge, this world has always and will be Darwin's theory, Survival of the Fittest.

Lately, I would drift into my own world, unsatisfied with reality, and going about life in "stand-by mode," and always imagining what the world could or may be, yet these foolish fantasies in my head have gone to a halt, with reality being the next bump in the road.

I have self diagnosed myself with Social anxiety disorder, yet I have not seen a psychiatrist/psychologist/m.d. I know that self diagnosing yourself, can be really bad, because if your mind thinks you have it, and you keep thinking you do have it, eventually you will have it.

As a server, I was wondering how i would go about serving an eviction notice? Just say i'm receiving work from a lawyer. I get the paperwork/lease/info. I would first go to my local civil court and file a complaint? right? then wait a few days, or can i go serve the eviction notices right away? after serving the eviction notice, what do i do next? file a proof of service? and return the lease/info/ to the lawyer? what is the average price to go file paper work at the courthouse and serve the complaint.
