  • How far would you commute to work if the new job was only paying you an extra $2 an hour?

I currently have a job but I am considering traveling farther to get paid only $2 more than what I'm making now.. Is this a good choice to make?

  • Has anyone used the new Pedi- Paws for animals?

I saw it on television it's a rolling machine that doesn't clip the nail but it kind of trims it so it's round and smooth.

What I am curious to know if anyone out there has used it, and if it works as well as they say. I want to also use it on my bunny, if that's possible. Thanks!

If you become pregnant, how long will you start to have morning sickness? Is it after your missed period or sooner as in the next day of conception? Please serious answers only and give detail, thanks!

  • Qualifications to Drive?

I've noticed for the past 2 years that people on the road have no clue how to drive!! The morning commute is always a battle of who should go where and when to stop. People apply their brakes for no reason! They'll be no one in front of them for yards and they'll feel the need to brake every 10 seconds! Also, people don't look to see if there is a car approaching them in the other lane before they switch lanes, they just look in the mirror real quick- you have to check the mirror and physically turn your head and MAKE SURE there's no one approaching you! I think that every 5 years or so everyone needs to re-take the driver's test and vision test in NY State. What do you think??

  • Trouble finding a pair of shoes . . .?

I am having trouble trying to find a pair of shoes that I used to wear when I was in high school. I don't remember than name of the brand but they look very similar to these:

    http://www.amazon.com/Dansko-Womens-Mandolin-Slip-...

but these aren't them. I know that in the front of them the sole curves upward and they are plain (no designs on them). I used to think they were from Steve Madden but I didn't see any.

    Any help is welcome!

  • Question about Virtigo?

My boyfriend has been complaining of the back of his neck aching- and he has been having heavy dizzy spells and isn't able to lay his head down to relax. When he first noticed this, his entire body was shaking and his heart was beating rapidly. I took him to the emergency room (Meningitis is on the rise where I am and have heard stories of it's rapid virus and sudden deaths in several cases) and we got a lot of tests done and everything seems okay. The doctor told him he has an inner ear infection of some sort but he never complained about his ears- just the back of his neck. Could this be peripheral vestibular disorder? If anyone out there knows about this, please inform me! Thanks so much!

Has anyone experienced this at a later age? (I am 22) I also would like to know if anyone has experience any problems with this procedure?

  • Iguana Home?

My boyfriend has an Iguana he's about 15 years old, he's a sweet guy (my bf and the iguana lol) and we are looking to find a store that is willing to take him in and take care of him. We don't want him to go to a shelter where they most likely would put him down. If anyone knows of a place in Nassau or Suffolk county, Long Island, NY, please let me know!! Thanks

  • Born Again?

What is the difference between being "born again" and Christian? What do they do that's different from what "we" do? I am Roman Catholic and I have a very close personal relationship with God. I have a co-worker that I cannot stand because he claims to be "born again" yet he says the most weirdest and messed up things (i.e. i don't pray to Mary and i don't believe that dogs have spirits). WTF??

I have almost a year old rabbit (not sure how old he was when I got him) but I got him at a pet store. Is there any vets out there in Nassau county that specializes in rabbit care? I'd like to see if he needs any vaccinations and/or possibly to get him "fixed". He definately needs to get his nails trimmed too!! If anyone could tell me where is a good place to go- I would appreciate it!!
