How to recover a forgotten password using vista?
Ok, my daughter reset her password and can't remember it. She didn't make a password reset disk and doesn't know where the discs are that came with the computer.
I don't know how to get into system restore on boot without OEM discs to reset it back, set up a new user account without access to the computer or reset the password without the disc
Starting in safe mode it still asks for a password.
WHAT DO I DO???
3 AnswersSecurity1 decade agoWhat do you think of a 49 year old man who doesn't know he can have both a friend and a girlfriend?
Ok, here's the deal...
I have a boyfriend...been together 6 years. His friend just came back into town about 6 months ago. (He wasn't gone long and when he was here before they rarely talked)
Anyway if he has plans to meet me somewhere and this guy calls or he is with him he simply doesn't bother showing up or calling to let me know he won't be there. Then he acts surprised when I am less than happy with him.
I tried to explain that it hurts when I am sitting waiting for him and he never shows up. To top it off he is rude enough to not answer if I call to see when he is expected!
He makes up in his own mind that I am jealous of his friend and that is what is bothering me. I tried to explain that I just want the respect of honesty and the courtesy of a call if he's going to be late or not coming.
He is 49 and acts like a teenager - doesn't hear what I am saying, blames me for his poor behavior and then yells at me!
Tonight this guy called him and just out of sheer conversational purposes I asked who called, so he says none of your business! Can you get anymore rude???
13 AnswersFriends1 decade agoWhat are these bugs on my dogs and how do I get rid of them?
They are most definately not fleas. They look just like poppy seeds and smoosh very easily. Fleas and ticks don't die that easy and ceratinly don't crush like these do. Mites are red...what are thses things?? Little black bugs! I gave them both a flea bath but the bugs were still there. I've had animals my whole life and I've never seen these things! I live in connecticut if that helps...they both were running through the woods and probably the wetlands or swamp area (they got our of the fenced in yard) Please help me my babies are getting eaten alive!
6 AnswersDogs1 decade agoNeed real horror stories?
HI,
I need to hear your horror stories related to people who drink and do drugs...I need to wake someone up.
Whether it is something that you have seen happen, something that happened to you or someone you love because someone was high.
It is a long shot but maybe it will work, I can read one aloud each day so keep them coming PLEASE!

2 AnswersCard Games1 decade agoWe were asked to join AMWAY, is it worth it? Has anyone had experience with being an IBO?
I was trying to figure this out from the other guys question but he made it into something else.
I checked BBB and they are rated with an A+ but I found articles on it being a pyramid company, that was my first thought.
Can someone that has tried it and succeeded or failed please let me know your experiences with being an IBO?
3 AnswersOther - Business & Finance1 decade agoNeed ideas on training a difficult puppy?
We got her when she was 7 months old and she had no training at all.
We have 2 older dogs, one is very old and the other is 6, they are all beagles. They are both very well behaved. All are adopted and all are female.
She came to us with a crate which we don't have much use for except for when we leave the house without her.
I have tried everything to get her to stop going in the garbage, chasing the cat and going wild when she gets fed.
I have tried to get her to sit and she just won't do it! She has been here for 2 months now. I used positive reinforcement to teach her to go outside and that was a breeze. I know that the rest of the bad behaviors would be fixed if I could have her sit when I tell her too. She sees the other two listening to us and I thought that would help.
I have tried to use treats but she goes nuts trying to get the food and doesn't listen. I have also tried without treats. I have spent more than ample time with her on a daily basis. She even tries to take treats out of the other 2 dogs mouths!
She was purchased in September by a friend, she couldn't train her so she went to someone else. Then she wound up at my mother's until we could bring her to our house. She has been here long enough to have settled down.
The last two dogs I had as puppies by this age would sit and wait until I said OK to even go to their bowls and had mastered many other commands.
The only other thing she knows is to come when I call her.
As far as the cat goes, she gets scratched on a regular basis and she just keeps going back for more. If I call the cat or say her name the puppy comes bounding up in her face so I can hardly spend any quality time with the cat who has no problem with the other 2 dogs.
She is very stubborn...typical beagle, I know.
Any tips would be great. My only other idea is obedience school.
