Gerrard is the captain and as captain he hasnt ever put in a good performance against decent opposition. He was schooled by pirlo yesterday but all anyone goes on about is how rooney didnt score so he should be dropped, even though his world class cros was the reason england score. Yet everyone thinks rooney is the new heskey and the sun shines out of gerrards backside just because the media says so rather than actually watching the matches.

I was one of the greatest talents in football. Opposing players absolutely had not any chances against me. I have better dribbling skills than Lionel Messi, better finishing than Suarez and I am quicker than Theo Walcott. If you signed me up for Manchester United I would absolutely score more goals than RVP and create more assists than Juan Mata. I would like to emphasize that I am a modest man, not boastful.

Im 26, in a stable job and my wages wouldbe good enough to live on if i moved out. My 29 and 32 yr old siblings also live at home so there is 5 of us sharing 2 bedrooms - hardly convenient but my parents dont want me wasting money renting ( i.e money that could be going to them). I feel as though i ha e grown up but the 4 of them still act the same way towards each other and myself as when i was a kid so i dont feel i can truly grow up unless i seperate myself, but should i?

Mata was playing well under Rafa. He rarely plays under Jose

Hazard played well under Rafa, he looks worse than Downing under Jose.

If he loses badly today AND fails to bring in anyone of note before the deadline, I honestly can't see how he would have a future at Arsenal.

He may not be a "star" name but while Arsenal were faffing around with cheap bids for higuain and suarez this guy, who already looks like a bargain at dortmund, went under the radar. They couldv signed him and spent £40m + £1 on defence and gk where they need vast improvements

Its just for a player with so much hype (imo overhype) he is relatively affordable so I can't see negotiation being the main issue. The "reported" Costa bid (if true) makes this question all the more relevant. He doesn't seem like the type of player Rodgers would go for though as he isn't the most mobile of players.
