Ok this may sound weird but i need to ask......

I see a little black thing quickly flash through the room. It's about the size of a small bird & very fast. I can go months without seeing one but then it happens out of the blue & not always in the same part of the room.

I thought i was going mad but my wife sees it too at the same time - and we've recently had a dog that also seems to notice.

It doesn't bother me in the slightest & i know i may be open to ridicule but i just need to ask

I am unable to afford the repair for a few weeks, but it keeps draining my battery as the locking system keeps coming on & off. Can i run it minus fuses to central locking,inside lights & windows? Is there a problem with this? will it still drain the battery? Any help will be most appreciated. Thanks

The guy in the clip seems to be using some kind of 8 bar loop thingy ?? (lol) I'd love to know what he's using to record & layer up this song. If anyone know's how it's done i'd be grateful... Cheers

It's to a gas fire. I have removed all the trim to gain access to the thermocouple. I have removed the part at the pilot flame but i'm unsure if i can remove the screw thread at the gas supply end - (Valor model 654) - Help!!

I was talking to a friend who know little of Astronomy about Gravatational lenses & progressed to talking about origins of matter. He asked:- If large objects in space cause gravitational lensing, could there be sufficient energy focused at the focal point of the gravitational lens to cause nucleosynthesis & thereby create matter. I beganto think of the Oort cloud from the Sun, Globular clusters found at the focal point of Galaxies & i realised i was getting out of my depth....... HELP!!! Is he on to something?????
