Late at night I'm really tired, but instead of going to sleep, which I could do without any problem, I fight to stay awake. Why do I do this? Does this type of behavior have a name?

I'm thinking about setting up a 100-150 gallon African Cichlid tank. My Moms cousin has a 300 gallon African Cichlid tank, and he claims he hasn't done a water change or cleaned the filter in 2 years. He says he only has to replace water lost due to evaporation. He has approximately 75 adult Cichlids, and lots of babies. The water is crystal clear, and the tank seems to be very healthy. Is this typical of large tanks? I've had small tanks in the past (around 30-50 gallons) and they've required water cleanings on a weekly to bi weekly basis. The location of where I'm considering the large tank would make water changes somewhat difficult, and having to do it that often would not be feasible. If it only needed it once a year or so it wouldn't be a problem. What do you think about the cleaning schedule?

Please keep the juvenile answers to a minimum please. I just had a tile guy convert a bathtub into a walk in shower. We moved the drain from the side like it is on a bath tub to the middle like a shower would be. He did this by busting the slab from the tub drain all the way to the middle of the shower floor. He then dug down to the pipe for the old tubs drain and attached pvc to it, and then ran it over to where the new drain would be. I thought there needed to be a p-trap installed at the drain in order to prevent sewer gas from coming out into the bathroom, so we installed one. Before he filled the hole in for the new drain line we tested the new drain to make sure there was enough pitch for the water to drain properly, but the water drained extremely slow, even when we would lift the pipe up really high. It didn't make any since so my tile guy called a plumber friend and explained the problem. The plumber said it wasn't draining because there is already a p-tap under the tubs drain, and that by installing one under the new shower drain we now have two p-traps and that is why it didn't want to drain. So we removed the p-trap and it drained perfectly. But now that the shower is done and looking beautiful, i'm noticing a rotten egg smell in the bathroom, especially after the shower has been used. Do you think this is being caused by sewer gas or could it be from some other source, perhaps not fully cured grout or thin set?

My cichlid tank is new and after having starter fish for about a week without the water parameters changing at all, the girl at petsmart recommended an additive to get the tank going. She said I could add the cichlids the next day. So I added the cichlids the following day, and then tested the water that night. For the first time there were changes. The ammonia had risen to 1 ppm. Three days later it is at 2 ppm and nitrites have started to climb. currently at .5 ppm, but still 0 nitrates. Since both nitrites and ammonia are bad for the fish is it okay to do a water change to help lower those levels without having any nitrates in the tank yet. I did do a water change 3 days ago when I saw the ammonia going up, so I want to make sure it isn't done to often.

This band had 3 brothes in it. I'm pretty sure they were from the 80's. They had a very good christmas album. It's not the statler brothers The lead singer was clean shaven and slender, with angular features. They had Really great harmony. I'm trying to find out who they were for my mother so she can get their christmas album so if you can think of any groups fitting that description that would be great. I mean I get it. Everyone gets it. Maybe in some dirt hut part of the world people don't know about jesus and the bible. But in this country everyone knows the story, jesus is the son of god, he died on the cross for you, yada yada yada. Got it! Why do they feel the need to interject god and the bible and scripture into everything. I don't care that you found god, and don't want you telling me how to find him for myself. Your beliefs are yours, and I respect your right to have them. But I have my beliefs and don't want to hear about yours over dinner, or read your daily scripture posts on Facebook, or get a leaflet left on the table at the restaurant you ate at instead of a cash tip. So can anyone please explain why those types are so insistent on spreading their fairy tail all over the place.

I got a new windshield for my car, and when it is wet, especially at night when the AC makes the outside fog up there is a splotchy residue on the glass that is very difficult to see through. I have cleaned the windshield many times with several different cleaners and it is still there. Does anyone know how to remove it.

Files that are already on the external drive will transfer to the iMac though. How can I get files to transfer to the external drive?

I heard that turning left instead of right or vice versa( I don't remember which ) can cause better mileage. So much so that companies like UPS and FedEx at one time actually scheduled their deliveries so that the majority of turns a driver made would be in a certain direction. Is this true?

I am using Firefox version 3.5.3 and quite often when trying to view videos or TV programs online, or when checking my email at yahoo.com, I get a message saying that my browser is not supported. And there will be a link there to download the latest version of the browser I am currently using, which is the latest version as far as I know. What is causing this?

The sound only happens through third gear when letting the clutch out and when starting to give it gas after shifting.
