What law protect a whistlebowing non custodial parent when they blow the whistle on their spouse for welfare f?
The county told the whisleblowers "we don't investigate welfare fraud when there is a father we can bill". I know there is a law to protect parents from this injustice.

No real correct answer, just opinions, I will let it go to a vote

2 AnswersSafety1 decade agoWill a Nuclear Winter reverse Global Warming?
Did you know a Mt Pinatubo increased the hole in the ozone by 20% when it erupted. Our CO2 emmisisions are nothing compared to what a volcano can do to the ozone in just days. So what if Siberia becomes tropical, it was before! Warming and cooloing of the Earth is a natural process that has been happening for millions of years.
6 AnswersGlobal Warming1 decade agoIf I have a bumper sticker GUN IN CAR, is that enough to have a gun in the car without a consealed permit?
I believe if I clearly state it on the back of the car, if I get stoped they aleady know it is there so it cannot be considered a concealed weapon because it has been revealed in the statement.

24 AnswersElections1 decade agoWhy are idiots with very low IQs allowed to Vote?
These people do not have the intelligence to make a wise decision, 50% of the population is below average intelligence. As it is a total idiot can vote, not being capable of good judgment and likely just voting for someone else who has persuaded them to vote for their candidate. What IQ should be the cut off for Intelligent enough to vote? I know it is a right but they are not really capable.
37 AnswersElections1 decade agoWhy do Christians believe God is something seperate from themselves?
They seem to think he is some guy hiding in a cloud that they can talk to, and think they should be able to see some person or what they think is God.
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIs Wikipedia's citation policy to critical about sources, to the point that it ignors facts?
I contribute to and use Wikipedia and their editors (trolls) who know nothing what so ever about a subject, delete facts because they are too lazy to go to the library and read a book. Is this practice contributing to erasing history because of the ignorance of their editors?
4 AnswersWikipedia1 decade agoDo antivirus companies create viruses to promote their products?
I believe the companies that make antivirus software are responsible for covertly creating computer viruses in order to promote their own products and services. Are they paying someone on the side to create the viruses? Does anybody else think this is happening? Should antivirus be a free part of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems?
13 AnswersSecurity1 decade agoDo unimpaired drivers kill more people than drunk drivers?
Statistics for 2006 show that a total of 42,642 people were killed in all accidents in the US, of those only 13,470 were drunk driving related while 29,172 were killed in unimpaired accidents. The numbers clearly show that drunk drivers are responsible for about 1/3 of the deaths while 2/3 are caused by people who haven’t been drinking. Does this mean that unimpaired drivers are worse than drunk drivers? They kill more people.
7 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoIs the United States a Sovereign Nation or are we Sovereign People?
By the power of God, United States Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Paris Treaty we are entitled to God given Sovereignty and granted our freedom from the rule of government. The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution and the Paris Treaty freed us as subjects of the king or any government including our own. We do not belong to the government, they are our public servants, when they take a job with the government they seem to forget that the people are in charge. We are free to travel, rest, enjoy life, pursue happiness, trade and communicate. We are not a subject of the government and have no responsibility or obligations to the government or its agents, nor are we subject to government rule, intimidation or force. We are not required to obtain permission from the government for any reason and the government has no right to issue, restrict or deny privileges. We are a society where all men are created equal, no one is privileged above another.

3. What is the danger?
4. Who is the victim?
5. Why are falling over drunks more acceptable than someone who is stoned?

7 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoIsn't the real issue in the election Gas prices?
What party is going to do something about the gas prices, it is destroying everything. They are not saying a dam thing about the price of gas because their limo driver pump it and their constituents pay for it. They do not care, they must be blind. I would put my vote on Ron Paul rather than see McCain continue Bush’s allegiances to big oil or Obama or Hillary’s careless National Security policies.
12 AnswersElections1 decade agoIs anybody delusional enough to belive either Obamasama or Billary have a chance?
Appears to me half the dems don't like Obamasama and half don't like Billary. one half of the dems will vote for McCain. It's a hands down race. If the dems want their candidate in the white house, they need someone who is not stuck so far to the left that they might have a slight chance. All the hype right now is a dem issue, McCain is already in, by time Obamasama and Billary are finished fighting they will have destroyed each other’s credibility and any chance of either one beating McCain. lol at the bickering dems, sinking their own ship.
7 AnswersElections1 decade agoIs this category an oxymoron category?
It is called “Gender & Women's Studies”, doesn’t that just automatically leave out the only other gender? It is a one gender, gender category. Go figure!
10 AnswersGender Studies1 decade agoShould a marriage license expire just like a driver’s license?
Should your marriage expire in 5 years unless you renew it? I think this would save a lot of time in divorce court. If you don’t renew it, you just go your own way after 5 years. When you get married you should be required to make a contract for the end and that is what you get when you part, no contract no marriage.
14 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIf Church and State are separate why do we need a marriage license?
I believe the law says that the government can make no laws regarding religion, marriage is a religious practice between a man, a woman and God, so why does the government have their hands in it?
