Basically i am 15 years old and trying to gain some muslce. I have tried some of this in the past but my downfall was that i mainly focussed on the abdominals,

Also, i am 6ft tall, 10stone 12lbs, and about 7-8% body fat percentage. I turned 15 at the end of june.

I am already on a healthy diet and have been for the past 2 years. I have access to 4kg, 5kg, and 10kg dumbells, a resistance band, and swiss ball.

What workout do you recomend for me to build muscle everywhere? PLEASE help if you have any knowledge. What foods should i add/remove in my diet?

I am 13 years old (14 in June), i'm quite tall and very athletic, and i was just wondering if my penis size could be predicted. A little while ago i measured my penis and it was 7 and a half inches long; i measured it again today and the girth had gotten bigger (i didn't measure it last time but i can see it has) and the length has increased by .2 of an inch. Can you predict my overall penis size so that i have an idea of what i'll end up with? Mabey use the amount grown and the time taken, idk.

Whenever i try and unlock the regi caves they don't open. I hae got access to all of them with the dig puzzle and wailord and stuff, but when it comes to each individual regi the caves won't open. Can you plz tell me what to do on which cave and be specific (walk around the room would not be specific enough, because i've done it and it doesn't work. could there be anything i'm missing?)

I have a Creative Zen MP3 and i want to download songs on to it from my computer. Unfortunately my computer died about 3 months ago. Now i have replaced it but none of the old music data was able to be retrieved so i am now in need of a website that lets you download free music. I am especially interested in a website that has all of Tim Minchin songs on it (or most of them at least). If they are downloaded to my computer then i will be ble to get them onto my Zen.

The website has to be free (as said above), have alot of songs on it (especially Tim Minchin) and it has to be safe. Also don't answer this question if you're going to moan about being legal because even if i do download their songs for free, i also buy a load of their merchandise. Whether that be DVDs or t-shirts.

Im in year 9 and in the top maths set. Now im really good at every other subject, but maths doesn't make sense in my head; i guess im just not a maths person. I do alright in class but when it comes to the tests i just can't get my head around basically all of the questions, despite the fact that i look through text books and write everything down. Has anyone got any tips on revising for maths tests. Any websites perhaps, or just plain advise on revising it would be much appreciated.

Please make sure that it will work and be specific of the routine leading up to the revision.

I recently got Pokemon Diamond and yesterday i got the new DS/DS Lite xploder cheat saves. I installed it fine to my pc, but i dont know how to get the cheats for pokemon diamond off the pc. Also i dont seem to be able to see pokemon diamond on the list.

My theory: Tobi is Madara Uchiha inside the body of Obito. Madara was Itachi's trainer in secret and he told him to get the Mangekyou Sharingan (MS for short). Madara also helped Itachi kill his clan except Sasuke, Itachi couldn't kill Sasuke. Behind Madara's back Itachi planned all along for Sasuke to hate him and become stronger so that he could get strong enough to kill Madara. Meanwhile Madara suspected this all along, but kept it quiet until Itachi was dead. When he talked to Sasuke, that was the first time that he had confessed to knowing about Itachi's plot. Itachi went along with killing his clan, eventhough he was good, because he didn't want Madara to have any spare eyes to replace his own in case anything happened. That's another reason why Itachi wanted to make Sasuke hate him: so that Sasuke would be angry enough with Itachi that he would take his eyes, obtain the MS and not have to go blind. That way, after Itachi planned for himself to die and did, Madara would be weaker than Sasuke. You see during Itachi's slaughtering of his clan, he regreted it but knew it was the only way to defeat Madara. He could never become strong enough to defeat Madara, only Sasuke could. So ever since Itachi was around 13, he had seen that Sasuke had more potential than himself and for that reason he planned for Sasuke to take his eyes from the beggining and defeat Madara. Also Itachi couldn't tell Sasuke the truth or he wouldn't hate him anymore and have enough anger to defeat Madara. Combined with his Fire and Lightning elemental recomposition, the Heaven Cursemark and the MS, Sasuke would be almost unstoppable. Now that Sasuke has enough power the next thing coming is...the fight between Sasuke Uchiha, the only survivor of the Uchiha clan masacre, and Madara Uchiha, founder of he Uchiha clan and first one to wield the Sharingan.
