  • How do I tell what kind of RAM my computer has in it?

I use the dxdiag feature to bring up a list of hardware and it shows me how much RAM the computer has in it but it does not tell me what kind. I need to buy some more RAM for this computer but I want to make sure I get the right RAM and that it will fit into my computer. I don't know whether to get SD RAM or DDR, I'm pretty sure it's not DDR but I want to be certain. And I don't want to break down the computer just to read it. Is there a way I can open up something on the computer to tell me?

  • Need WR help for this week please!?

    Julio Jones at Carolina

    Victor Cruz at Dallas

    Brandon Lloyd at Seattle

Malcom Floyd at home against the Bills

I have Frank Gore at Arizona and Chris Johnson at home vs NO for RB. With the way they have been playing lately I find it hard to take one of them out.

I can play 2 receivers or take out a RB and put another receiver in my flex spot. Which guys should I go with here. Playing a loaded team and he has Aaron Rodgers.

  • Start Brady or Tebow at QB?

Brady has been struggling lately, and they are playing the Jets.

Tebow is well....Tebow. He's ugly but puts up points. They are playing the Chiefs. A team with two identities this year. A good team for 3 games and the worst team in the league the other 5.

Who would you start? The guy I'm playing has Michael Bush and he put up 32 on me already. I need a solid performance here.

  • Pts for 500 passing yards?

The league I am currently in gives bonus' for 300 yards passing, 400 yards passing, but there is no 500 yards passing bonus. Are all leagues like this?

As you probably have guessed I have Tom Brady on my fantasy team. And I am two points shy of the guy I am playing. Tom Brady ended up with 49 pts in our league.

517 yards passing= 20 pts. We use 25 yards per point.

    4 TD's =24 pts. 6 points per pass touchdown.

pass of over 50 yards = 2 pts

    Over 400 yards passing = 5 pts

    1 INT = -2 pts.

That got him to 49 pts. All I need is two points to win. Do any of your leagues have a bonus for going over 500 yards? This could be a deciding factor on if I win or not. Thanks

  • What are your thoughts on the Western Conference Finals now?

Two games have passed. I thought the Thunder would get game 1 but they didn't. They came back in game 2 and took one in Dallas. With the series shifting to OKC for two games how do you see this series playing out?

After losing game 1 I was pretty sure our Thunder were going to be down 2 games to nil headed to OKC. But they did something nobody else has done all post season. With the emergence of OKC's bench do they have a good shot at winning this series? I think any smart fan knows how well Dallas plays on the road. So even with this shifting to OKC nothing is certain. But I like our chances much more now being 1-1 rather than 0-2

Does OKC win or do the Mavericks take it?

  • Who do you like going into NCAA football next year?

After all those who declared, recruiting being done, and a lot of waiting to do. Who do you like going into next season to take all the marbles. Who is your team and what do you predict for them in the coming season. What moves did you like or dislike.

My favorite has to be OU. They got a ton of talent coming back and they ended the year strong. They didn't have a big recruiting class because they only had 18 scholarships available. But they still got some really good talent with this years recruits. I think with the impacts the freshman had last year and the experience coming back from upper class men they have as good a shot of winning it as anyone. Maybe we can finally see a Champion outside of the SEC

  • Was there a change in taxes with this years returns?

I file my returns online at Turbo Tax. They didn't offer up any solution to my problem. I am trying to figure out why this years taxes were so low compared to last year.

My 2009 returns had a total of $59k. I had 30k with my job and an additional 29k in W2-G's. in 2010 I had 30k with my job and only 7k in W2-G's. In 2009 I got back almost $700. This year I am getting back $100.

I am single and no kids. I understand I get taxed more than most. But what I don't understand is why I am getting less back this year when it is obvious I made a lot more in 2009 than I did in 2010. my return looked normal this year until I entered the W2-G's It fell from $1,114 to $300 after I entered in my losses as well.

Can anyone provide any light to the situation? Did they change how much taxes get paid on lottery winnings?

  • Bradford and Griffin both for Rookie of the year?

This would be interesting if it happened. 2 players from Oklahoma City area, go to the same school, and become rookie of the year in both of their major sports? Wonder what the odds are of a little area in the middle of nowhere accomplishing that. We are sure proud of those guys out here. They are representing the state well.

  • Will Blake Griffin be the most dominating force in the NBA?

Title says it all. After watching this kid I can't help but think he will soon be getting 30 pts per game and 20 rebs on a consistent basis. Providing he doesn't get hurt. He plays with such emotion and gives everything he has all the time out there. He is really fun to watch and I wish more athletes were like him. He is just so passionate about every play. He makes an entire careers worth of highlight reels in the first half of his first NBA season.

Not to mention how much better the Clippers are getting 8 of the last 11? Beating the Heat? When LeBron Wade and Bosch all have decent nights? Quite an accomplishment. At first I wanted him to go to a different team, but anymore I want him to stay and make that team great. They can really build around him. It appears they aren't far off right now.

  • Got a question for SEC fans?

OK, I am a Big 12 fan firstly but I respect the SEC. SEC has been the strongest conference for a few years now. And much the same for years now I have heard the double standard "Put them in the SEC and they won't win any games" Mostly this is said regarding teams with big offenses and sub par defenses. Isn't that what Auburn is this year? Their defense is terrible. Not even ranked in the top 50. But their offense is really good. All their games have been high scoring affairs.

I guess what I am trying to say is this is what happens when a team with a really good offense gets put in the SEC. We all know this Auburn team isn't like what most teams in the SEC are used too and they struggled to defend them.

  • Who do you want coaching your college football team?

Let's say for a moment you are a significant person who can pick your team's college football coach. And any of these coaches would leave their job to come to your school. Who do you pick? Being the Homer that I am I would say Bob Stoops, Jim Tressel comes in a close 2nd. Nick Saban right behind him at 3.

I think Nick Saban is one of the best in the business I really do. But he is a little shaky sometimes with his jobs. I want someone I know I can depend on for years to come. Stoops and Tressel have shown they are long term guys. With all the things going on in college football over the last 10 years I am glad we have a guy like Stoops at OU. Sure his teams choke in bowl games a lot. But I sure like the fact that he has been there and OU has been in the discussion for a title basically every year.

When you answer this look at all the coaches and the things they have done for the programs they have been aligned with. Urban Meyer Pete Carroll Stever Spurrier all these guys anyone and everyone and tell me who you think the most valuable guys are to you

  • Surprise about Auburn and their coach?

You wont see it very often but I am admitting I was completely wrong. I thought when Auburn hired Gene Chizik they were making a huge mistake. Obviously they seen something in the guy that I didn't. He is a good coach, I knew that much. But I wasn't sure if he was ready to take on a job like Auburn. But here he is leading the SEC. I figured being at Iowa State he had no idea what it took to win. Anyone else make this same mistake? I know when they hired him a lot of people were saying...."What?!" I was one of them. What are your thoughts on the situation and what did you think when they hired him?

  • Now that a few games have been played who is your pick for the title game?

I am curious to see what other people think. Will it be another Big 12 SEC showdown? Will Boise State finally make it in? Does TCU make it also? Does Alabama repeat?

The way I see it playing out is there will be 2 undefeated teams in the Big 12. I think OU beats UT this year and Nebraska runs the table. The winner of the Big 12 title game decides who goes on to face either an undefeated Alabama team or one of the Cinderella's in the mid major conference. Ohio State is definitely in the mix as well. It could be OU or Nebraska facing Ohio State. But what if Alabama Ohio State and OU or Nebraska are all undefeated at the end of the season? It is still early but it is always fun to see what people think will happen!

  • Need help with starting QB?

Should I start Tom Brady against the Jets or Joe Flacco against the Bengals? Brady is obviously the better QB but Cincinatti's pass defense got lit up last week by Brady. I know the Jets secondary is solid. Any suggestions?

  • Which defense should I start in week 1?

I got San Diego and Pittsburgh as my two defenses. Statiscally the San Diego defense was just as solid last year. But I am no expert.

San Diego is playing @ Kansas City

    Pittsburgh is home against Atlanta

I am leaning towards San Diego's defense simply because KC is just no good. But it is hard to play against the Steelers defense. Anyone got any input on this for me? Thanks

  • Tell me if I stand a chance with this fantasy team?

This is the first year for me to do this fantasy stuff. Other than a college fantasy team league I was in years back. This time is pro and I did the automatic draft because I just wasn't able to be there. But I feel other than QB I got a pretty good shake.

    QB's- Matt Shaub, Joe Flacco

RB's- Frank Gore, Cedric Benson, Knowshon Moreno

WR's- Reggie Wayne, Chad Ochocinco, Michael Crabtree, Demaryus Thomas, Julian Edelman

    TE's- Kellen Winslow, Zach Miller

    K- Ryan Longwell

    Defenses- Pittsburgh, San Diego

All in all I feel pretty decent about it but like I said this is my first league so I don't know what to expect lol Thanks for any advice you can give me

  • What are the St. Louis Rams going to do with Bradford?

Will they throw him in with the dogs and let him get beat to a pulp or do you think they protect there investment and bench him for a year or two and build that line up? They paid big time bucks for him so I would imagine they want results or at least fans in the seats. However I don't think it's going to bode well for him if they put him in as a starter and let him get creamed

  • What do you think of preseason rankings of NCAA football?

I was a little surprised USC wasn't even mentioned for votes. Was that part of their sanction by the NCAA? My Sooners landed 8th which I thought was fairly generous after last seasons nightmares lol. I was however surprised to see Ohio State #2 I think Pryor has been pretty much a bust. He was such a touted recruit coming out but I don't think they are #2 caliber. Anywho post on here with your thoughts I am curious to hear what others think. If you would change a couple things what would they be?

  • Why do people hate on these rookies with big pay days?

These guys come into the league and get paid millions. I don't agree with it. But is it their fault? Why bag on the player and not the people paying them? Hopefully this is the last year a rookie can come into the league having proved nothing and get paid more than a 5 year vet.

I just don't understand why commentators and press drill these guys so bad when it isn't there fault. And as for holding out until the contract is negotiated I don't see an issue with that. If I was going to build a house for a guy I would discuss a price before I even invested anything in the project. That being said the NFL is supposedly a business these days so the players are acting like it.

  • Is Phil Jackson blind?

He is accusing Kevin Durant of getting a lot of calls. Yet Kobe has been getting the same calls for 10 years now. I realize what he said was probably more of a "get in the head of Durant" move than anything else. But seriously. If your going to try and get in someone's head why would you say something so hypocritical and make yourself look like an idiot.

If this was indeed an action to get in Durant's head obviously Phil Jackson is a little more scared of the Thunder than the Thunder fans. Being a Thunder fan I fully expect them to get beat. I expect them to play hard and make a series out of it, but I don't expect them to win.

Is Phil just this naive? If not why did he say this stuff and why doesn't he take a look at his wonderful Kobe and see all the calls he has gotten over the years.
