I work at a golf course. Im the maintanance crew part time but mainly the assistant mechanic full time.i worked there scince i was 18 and am 21 now.i am still making starting salary,which is 4$ lower than average for my position.i am hardworking and go out of my way to save this company money on the mechanics side.(over 250,000$ under budget total from 3 years working.) Because i fabricate alot of parts and rebuild instead of replace. I been told countless times i would get raise whole time i worked here,never seen one.everytime i ask the big boss about it,they say we have. No money,then a week or so later they spend 100,000+ thousand renovating the clubhouse new floor new computer everything.they wont buy tlthe maintance shop ne mowers or equipment even though its 15+year old.golf course equipment usually get changed 6 or so years.other golf courses under the same managmentas us have seen 3 new sets of equipment,we havent seen any even though our golf course is the. Most profiatable and the other golf courses are always over budget. Our course even has half the crew other do.the clubhouse always getting raises and over staffed.they make up positions to get there buddies on.the problen with getting a new job though is i jave no ged and im a felon.suggestions?

Hey yesterday i got in my 07 dodge charger rt(5.7L) and it was driving like normal.never had any problems with it before.it was driving perfect but about 5 min. Down the road it was overheating.no smoke or anything comming out but needle was already in red.i pulled over but right when i did the needle goes back to normal(never turned car off)so i decided to drive the 5 min back home to take a look scince needle said it wasnt hot.so i turned car off and popped the hood.it was HOT.i looked at the coolant resavoir and it was pretty empty.i just filled it about a month or so before when i just bought the car.so i filled it up...let it cool down for few hours and tried to start it.it just turned over and wouldnt start.tried for like 10 min. I put my code reader in and it just said it was hot.the code eventually went away and had no other codes. Also the dash had the Electronic Throttle Control warning light...but that went away as well.i have no codes or warning lights(exept for traction control and brake light from disengaging traction control with diablo tuner) but car still wont start.only turns over and acts like no gas is getting to it.did a computer burn up?if so its not showing up on code reader.is it a saftey thing that activated or something? Please help thanks!

I recently bought a truck and was wanting to make it a monster on the road.right now it has a 305 but it truck engine and tranny so its built for torque...not speed.thing hesitates to go over 100.it is a 95 seirra 1500 5.0L.i was wandering if i could get like a 70-80 camaro or corvette or whatever as a donor car with bigger engine and tranny.the reason i want an older car is so i dont got to deal with all the computers.right now with the truck im limited what i could do unless i want to switch all the computers out too which would get expensive and alot of work.so if i get 70s or 80s donor car could it just scrap most computer currently in truck? Even changing my current tbi system in truck to carbs would be a hassle with the tbi hook ups...so would a old donor car work?thanks!

I bought a 94 honda magna about a month ago and for the most part it has been running perfectly.this is my first bike and while im good at mechanics in cars, im still learning about motorcycle because slightly different set up.anyway i recently replaced spark plugs and put new ones in. One thing i noticed about old spark plugs is it seamed to be running rich.now my bike as plenty of power usually, runs perfect starts right up.never once needed to use the chike yet to start.but there is one problem with bike,it only happened twice so far sand i put well over 1000 mi. On bike, but twice i started to bike and took off,everything seemed perfect and all of a sudden i lose power, it drops rpm and has almost no throttle ,and this is after driving for like ten min. Or so bike already warmed up.it will backfire really bad and just wont go.acts like out of gas or something but put it in reserve and still no luck.its getting plenty of gas and air,first thought could be bad gas but drained tank and gas was good.happened again on highway.then next day ill start the bike and runs perfect. Happened one before spark plug and air filter change and one after.please help.i took apart fuel pump and everything was clean inside it and no holes in it.you think it could be a petcock problem maybe? This bike doesnt have fuel filter instead has screen in petcock,but it was clean.almost spotless. Please some suggestions how to fix this problem

I just bought a 94 magna 750.real nice bike but doesnt have fuel gauge.can i add one? If i could add it to the gastank itself thattl be best.or maybe get aftermarket speedo with a fuel gauge on it. But is it possible? Thanks

Just bought a new bike( 94 honda magna 750) it runs flawless and shifts flawless while driving, but i notoced sometimes i cannot get it into nuetral. Most time it slips right in,but sowlmetimes it goes in and pops right back in first.then i roll bike back like ten feet and usually it pops right in nuetral. Its a problem because the bike has to be in nuetral for it to start,even if i pull clutch in like anyol other bike iv road.but like i said driving it shift into gears perfectly and MOST of the time it goes in nuetral without any problems. But sometime it just pops tight back out,the nuetral light wont even come on when it pops out,which i know it works. Please gelp. Simple fix possible or big expesive one? Thanks for input

I just bought a motorcycle and its a 94 honda magna 750.i was going to get a speed bike but this was alot cheaper and hauls *** still because its a v-4 engine.anyway, when i went to test drive it everything was fine,it ran perfect and had plenty of piwer.i fell in love with it because of power and comfort.but it was night when i drove it so i couldnt really see odometer,but i did see speedometer was broke wich they gave me the cable to fix it.but i noticed after i bought it that the miles written on the title is more than the miles that the bike odometer has on it,and the title was given over a year ago.does having a broken speedometer cable mess with the odometer? The odometer is tight under speedometer on same gauge, or am i a victim of odometer fraud? She said the speedometer just went out day before i bought it,and what i seen these ppl are pretty mechanically inclined,there garage had maybe 3 bikes but one had its engine pulled to be worked on.bike runs flawlessly though. Hey im 20 years old and almost everyday i go to 711 on way to work to get a pack of cigarettes.theres this one laday that works there i see here there maybe 1 or 2 times a week.usually its just regular chat like "how are you" type of stuff.but today she asked where i worked.i told here and then she said i was a really cute boy.and that i should go to college like george mason or harvard then she said i was a cute boy again and said i could do whatever i want.this lady is maybe in her 30s,but looks pretty good.she doesnt kniw me at all really exept that i smoke marlboro lights.know when she called me a cute boy it threw me off gaurd.lol if she just called me cute it sounds like she was flirting,but she added the "boy" part in. The "cute boy" things sounds like your talking about a child.so was it flirting you guys think,or more of child "cute" thing.like i said im 20 year old.i look at least 18 maybe older.what yall think?

Im a 20 yr old male...just got m2 endorsment on licence and will have enough to buy buke in few weeks.i love cruiser style bikes and i love sport bikes too.i cant decide which one to get and get mixed answers from all my buddies.so ill ask the ladies.what do you like to see guys driving more? Cruiser style bikes or sport bikes?if i get a sport bike itll be around a 600ccor 650cc. And cruiser i would get would be under 1000cc(the cruiser im talking about or just regular cruisers,i dont like the saddle bags or windshiels or no e of that) so which is more attractive to yall? I just got my m2 endoresment and saving up for bike soon.should get one in next month or so.but i have a question...during the brc course i took they said i should never brake in a corner,which i know is bad...i dont even do that in a car or truck because you can still lose traction,but on a car or truck you still can rather saftley in a pinch. But scince i got licence ive been paying more attention to road in my car. I noticed on my way to work theres at least 2 red lights that are almost right in the middle of some decently sharp curves.speed limit is 45 mph and it is comming right out of the twisty backroads.whats the best way to stop? I know i should slow down before the curve just in case but i cant see if the light is red or green untill im already in the curve.so if i take the curve and the light turns red how do i go about stoping safley? Should i just use the back brake? Downshift? Thanks any input is appreciated

I never rode motorcycle before i took brc class.the basic riders course is a 3 day course where we ride 2 out of 3 days for about 8 hrs each day.all bikes at brc were 250cc.that the only motorcycle experience i have but got the hang of it i felt pretty quick and passed and got my m2 endorsment.now i live in va and was looking at bikes.i was looking at ninja 300 but my dad said scince i took the brc course i should start off on 600cc.im not talking about a supersport.just regular 600cc street bike.where i live i could get a 09 600cc bike cheaper than i could get a used 300cc bike.so my dad said i should just go ahead and start on 600cc so i wont get bored of 300 in a month or two. I also have alot of highway driving where flow of traffic is often 85+ mph in morning where theres little traffic.im 20 years old with 3+ year car experence if that makes difference.what you guys think about starting on 600 scince i did brc.now im not overcondifdent in my ability as i am a new rider and i know a bike will respect you as long as you respect it.i dont have money to buy several bikes but if weather is bad that day i can just get a ride with my dad because we work at same place.any input of yalls thoughts on this would be helpfull.thanks

Hey I'm a six foot male that weighs around 150 ib. I been wanting to get a motorcycle and licence but want to learn how to drive a bike first. I figure I'd get a cheap off brand bike to learn how to ride and then save up for a street motorcycle. I'm a 6 foot male and weigh about 150 pounds. I been wanting a 150 cc because I can get a new 150cc bike for around 600$. It a cheap China brand but I dont mind much that it gonna be cheap quality because just learning and you get what yo pay for.but im just wandering if ill be abke to ride and shift gears comfortably on a 159. Seat hight 32" and handle bar height is 42" from ground. Thisvis online so i cant go look at it. The 150 is tye best deal because a 200cc is around 400$ more for same brand thatsvwhy im asking speciffically about the 150. Thanks

Say someone gets a lifetime injury and has to stay on narcotics for life. A few years later there still taking narcs and they hurt there back and go to a doctor. They get prescribed more narcs for the back pain from a different doctor. Is this legal with separate prescripti9ns and different valid reasons for both prescriptions?

hey I'm just curious about something. Ibdont plan on doing it because it doesn't seem right.but I've been with att phone service for a while now and every two year my contract expire so i can get a new phone.I was looking at new phones I could get and science I been with them a long time I get better deals on phones.I can get the galaxy s6 right now for 100$ with a two year contract. I think canceling a contract is no more than 200$ but if someone wanted to could they get the phone for 100$ with the contract then cancel service and keep the 600$ phone for the 300$ they paid of would they have to pay the remaining price for the phone. I work at a golf course. I'm one of mechanics.I work with the mowers club cars tractors etc not golf carts but a few days ago someone flipped the sidewinder mower over. There is no visual damage done. It is a diesel three cylinder Kubota engine 2012 toro sidewinder. When it flipped I towed it back to the shop and cleaned out all the oil from the hoses turbo exhaust fuel injection and everything.now I don't know if the guy that flipped it tried to start it right after he flipped it back over or not...but I know that's the worst thing you can do science oil isn't settled down yet and it everywhere. I wasn't there yet when he flipped it back over right side up but I hope he didn't try to start it. Well after I cleaned everything up I put new oil more diesel and new filters. I started it and it started right up but the engine is knocking real bad.( forgot to mention that I also bled the fuel injection and lines like you should) but the engine kept on knocking even after I let it run for like ten minutes. Whitish/ light grayish smoke is spurting out exhaust the whole time its on. Its not a continues flow of smoke just spurts every time the engine knock maybe once evey two seconds if idle is all the way down. But I kept lookin at it and a found if I take off the middle fuel injection line it acts the same without it on...still starts right up but knocks and spurts smoke out so that led me to believe it might be fuel injection? Please help any input would be greatly appreciated thx

But obviassly my website would be on Google's top list so that's where the ad comes in.I know normally it'll cost more money and stuff...but my mom has a political website and a website about some of the books she's written and said she wouldn't mind putting like a side ad up for my website. Hey i live in the "wonderful" state of virginia.im 19 now an scince i was 18 ive been getting in some trouble with the law. Trouble i no longer plan of getting into. But my last to incedents reallly screwed me.i got charged with burglary, consiracy to commit burgary petty larceny. I got out on bond and five days later i got introubke again. 2 count of imoersonating cop(2 two times is a felony in va for that crime) and conspiracy to commit that and a whole mess of other musdomeaners and ticket. So i went to jail yet again, no bond. Court came and plead out.got burglary dropped and all felinies dropped but imoersonating cop. Midomeabers stuck though. I did 8 minths misoneaner time as my other time was suspended. As of now i hace 10 yr suspended with five yr. Good behavior. So scince i am now a felon after i finish my good vehacior is there abyway i can ask courts for gunrights back.? I alreadty paid my fibes and found a decent job abd stuff.it my first and only feliby and i have bo violent charfes or convictions.va also has a law where after two years a felibs voting rights gets auromaticaly restored for non violent felin if i fet in no trouble.so is there aby chabce if i stay on right path i can get gun rights back? Hi.last summer i was swimming in a pond and got water in my ear.i thought it would clear out itself and it never has.now its about a year later and im still half deaf in my left ear from this water.i have earwax come out that smells like opd cheese.is this a infection? Am i deaf now that its been a year or can it be fixed.thanks.
