In Excel if I have a column of names and I want to display the Nth name where N is an integer variable, how do I do that?

Specifically, lets say that the B column has Mary, Sue, Teresa, and Ana in boxes 1,2,3,4 and I have a number in C3 that would note which of the 4 I want to display, how can I display that cell s content?

Example above, if C3 is 3, then I should display "Teresa" if 1 then Mary.

While I could do this with a series of If statements, that gets clunky for long tables of names.

So what functions do I use?

For Linux Mint, this shows the problem.

For windows it simply is still there when the delete command hits.

1)Military: how does the military handle two people with the same last name within a group?

2)Can family serve together or is that rule still in effect?

3)Could you have twins in the same group?

Group being squad, platoon, etc any small enough that calling out last name would be not distinguishing enough.

And last name could be same without them being related. There are names ("Smith") that are common enough to make that a known and likely solved problem.

I want to know how they solved it, or would solve it.

What product would you recommend?

We just came back from a 2 week cruize.

Those islands that had dish antennas had most of them pointed to or near the horizon. One was pointed into a cliff side.

They are near the 18 or roughtly 20 degrees latitude mark, the antennas should be pointed up at 80 degrees.

Now the antenna horns were below, and that does give some angles, but not, in my opinion, enough.
