Fox News was successful in court with their legal argument that no sane person would take Fox News as factual. This argument save the Fox News millions of dollars in defamation lawsuits and other scandals due to misinformation. Based off of these legal arguments that Fox News has why would anyone ever take them seriously? Why would Any politician take a question from Fox News based off of their legal argument? So logically speaking Fox News can I have their cake and eat it too. If they want to stay their factual then they have the retroactively pay any damages cost from misinformation and defamation and character that they were sued for. If Fox News is by their own definition fake news and no same person would take them as factual and why would any politician actually waste their time and take a question from Fox News

1. I understand ghosting is a form of closure for some people. 2. I understand that if safety concerns are present and goes through might be the only option. 3. If a guy request something in the bedroom to a woman of sound mind and free will it indicates a request for consent and it informs the woman about a preference.

4. When someone ghost someone with the exception of safety concerns ghosting someone shows that you do not value that person to take time to talk to them to take time to see them in person or to even text them. It is pretty dehumanizing to say you're not worthy of my time my conversation or my text . 

1. It's no secret that Trump can give criticism but he can't handle what others hold him accountable or criticize him. 

2. Trump has responded with lies,  disrespect , and distractions. 

3. Keep in mind that there are more news stations that don't like the conservative agenda if Biden abused his power and platform the way Trump did it'd be interesting how these stations would react

1. Based on the fact that many republicans gained seats in senate and house despite trump losing certain states that they won it indicates the voters were rejecting trump not the republican party

2. With the exception of prison reform bill (which trump did not develop and was created by democrats and had some bipartisan support but was rejected by many republicans) . Trump got the bill approved by the republicans and relentlessly stole credit for the bill. With the exception of that trump has shown an inability to be diplomatic , bipartisan and is often vindictive .

3. Pence does not have the ability to win a presidential election. Both democrats and republicans will agree Pence is less dramatic then trump, more strategic, has better communication skills and more diplomatic. I personally do not like Pence but it would be hard for anyone in congress to argue that trump is a more competent leader then Pence.

4. As president Pence would receive a pension and repair strained relationships

1. The most popular programs in the US were developed by a Democratic socialist under FDR's New deal

2.Programs like unemployment, medicaid, medicare, several veterans assistance programs, and countless others that have assisted the disenfranchised are popular by people in both political parties

3.Many countries around the world have socialist programs but are not socialists

4. It is insane to generalize and think that one country has the generalized in just one particular manner

 Obviously against Russia it wouldn't be a matter of if nuclear weapons would be used there would be a matter of when and who would draw first blood first. When you look at countries like Vietnam even if the US had public support from the US citizens between the Vietnamese tunnels and the fact that the Viacom were not going to quit no matter if they had a hundred times more casualties than the US to be able to win that war in the US would have needed to just drop an atomic bomb . When you look at Afghanistan and Iraq between the desert tunnels all the bomb s some of the tunnels are so well constructed that no matter how many bombs are dropped from above it's still won't reach the enemy. Ideally it's is best not to go to war but against your opponents the only way to be able to beat them is with an atomic bomb. Look at Japan realistically I wouldn't see Japan surrendering at the US not dropped in atomic bomb. I'm not saying the US would lose a world with these countries but I'm saying the war would never end

Trump owes millions to States for security during Rallies and other expenses. Trump has yet to pay these bills.  To do a recount cost money do you really think if Trump has a recount and loses the recount that he will pay any debt he owes.  

Trump compromised the funds and logistics of post office. 

1. It makes no sense to wait until an election to count mail and ballots because this increases the likelihood of someone not getting caught for voting twice once by mail and wants in person.

2. It makes the US look bad if it took us several days to complete an election that could have been prevented if we counted over a million votes we received several weeks ahead of the election instead of waiting for the day of the election

Someone could literally complete their ballot upload a picture of their driver's license and a picture of their signature then when the person is ready they can go straight into a live zoom room, or Microsoft team room then have the pole person print out their ballot show the person their ballot verify information . This has been done countless times with virtual School as far as having virtual learning and having a live person actually see somebody and upload documents.  By having the pole person actually print out the ballot and put it in a sealed envelope it also avoids hacking or other third-party fraud. 

1  Fox news has literally argued in court that what they present is just for entertainment purposes and the views of the host and correspondence do not reflect reality if that's what they argued in court then there should be a permanent disclaimer on them and it should not allow Fox news to be treated as a legitimate news source.

1. Pro Wrestling is predetermined and scripted so striving for 100%realism in something scripted is illogical but if realism is your bases of a good wrestling game than 2k fails. 2. Smackdown vs raw games were more realistic with head shot with weapons and blood spilling physics. 3. 2k wrestling games limit the amount of reversals you have if you leave the ring. 4. 2k games gave up on creating a finisher isn't more realistic to create a finisher like in svr games. 5. 2 k games are consumed with micro transactions the real product is not so bad one you buy the network and see it on cable they don't try to squeeze money from you as bad as 2k. 6. Svr controls are more stable in a 2k game you could play a handicap match as 2 super heights against 1 light weight on easy hit the opponent with 4 finishers have the opponent kick out do no damage to you role you up and win.7. recent 2k games had zombie dlc , big head mode how realistic is that? If a game is not going to be realistic isn't better that you could drive a motorcycle or dive off a helicopter?

I didn't receive my stimulus check because supposedly someone had me listed as a dependent on their taxes which makes no sense because I receive my refund. I filed married filing separate and only claim my son from a previous marriage on my taxes and my wife claimed her two biological kids from a previous marriage on her taxes and we did not list anyone else as dependents. My wife filed married filing a separate. I spoke with the IRS and they said I would just have to claim that information on my taxes to hopefully get reimbursed for the stimulus on my taxes. I am not sure how I would claim it or if I would need a special form for that

I know that the woman probably wants the man to reflect and re asses if that cheating was worth it. Logically speaking it makes more sense for the woman to say was it worth it? It is not like by asking how was she that a woman is looking for information to improve her bedroom skills. It is unlikely that at the moment of a affair a woman is asking because she is interested in a 3 some with the other woman. It is not like the pain from the cheating would be reduced if the other woman is inferior in bed. 

I am 38 years old my wife is 39 years I am truly blessed that I have my wife she is beautiful, sexy , hardworking a good mom and great home maker. But I struggle with lusting over other woman. I was lucky my wife forgave my indiscretion but I don't want my lust to cause me to not appreciate her , cheat on her and lose her. I often fantasize about women that are 22 years, 25 years or ex lovers . I lost one marriage in the past due to me and my ex not being a good fit and my cheating did not help. I am blessed with my wife and I want to be the husband she deserves but it is hard not to have lustful thoughts about other woman. I wish I could turn off these thoughts like a light switch because I know how counterproductive they are and I do not want to hurt my wife. Lately it feels like i am in survival mode in which I am just focused on getting through the day without engaging in cheating and it is unfair to my wife because she deserves me to nurture her and be in the moment

Why does it seem now that we have to do more to achieve the American Dream and for many if they just do what their ancestors did achieving the American Dream is not attainable?

My parents came to the US 40 years ago . My parents have been US citizens for almost 30 years. My mom came from Guatemala, My dad came from Cuba. When my parents came to the US they could not speak English my mom had a 4th grade education and my dad had a bachelors in Engineering. They both worked in factories in Illinois for almost 30 years. My parents went from first living in a apartment to living in a town house to living in a big house in Chicago. After selling their house in Chicago for a profit and briefly living in Florida and selling their house for a profit they moved to Indiana. They bought several houses took out a loan and rented out their houses. I was born in Chicago, IL . I am bilingual . I served in the military to pay for my bachelor’s and Master’s degree. I work as a Social Worker in a clinic. My wife works as a Director in a daycare. For me and my wife to accumulate what my parents accumulate almost as much as my parents did in property me and my wife have to do much more than my parents: we have to be fluent in English and other languages, have higher education, I served in the military and we had to inherit property , plus use my VA home loan to buy property.

If the coronavirus is so bad that you can't have massive gatherings in schools have to be closed than major events have to be postponed why is Florida allowing massive Gatherings for spring break.? Why is the wrestling community not calling out Florida for their hypocrisy
